I finally decided to give Five Guys a try since I work no more than a mile from it and I was craving a decent hamburger and the McDonalds across the street just wasn't going to cut it. I went at my normal lunch time just after 1pm to miss the lunch crowd. It wasn't very crowded at all.

They have a very large and open dining area for a place that really only serves to items. I went all in and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and regular fries. The burger was good and juicy. It is one of the better burgers that I have had in Huntsville. The patties were fresh and you can have just about any combination of toppings on it as well.

The fries were great. Just a note though. The regular size fry is enough to feed 2 or 3 people. They fill a cup full and then dump about 2 more cups full in the bag. I snacked around on them for the rest of the afternoon.

The only downside is that it is a bit pricey so it will only be at most a once every week or two trip for me. 4 stars for the food quantity and quality. Maybe I will get a hotdog next time.
