This is the second time I've ever dined at a Macaroni Grill. The first time was an all right experience and this time it was for a family birthday event. Before I recount what made this my last trip to Macaroni Grill let me just say that our waitress was actually a very cheerful and sweet young lady, this review does not reflect her service.

First, we were seated in a side room that was poorly lit, the music that was in the rest of the restaurant was not turned on in there, and there was a dirty plate still sitting on the table.

Second, after we were initially seated we had spoken to a manager about possibly moving tables into the main restaurant and he was very rude and condescending.

Third, none of our appetizers (salads and soups) were brought out before our entrees, we had to ask for them after the entrees were brought out.

Fourth, when the entrees came out we had to also ask for the parmesan cheese that should usually be served with the pasta.

Fifth, the Lobster Ravioli and Tomato Basil Soup were both brought out to us luke warm and room temperature.

The bread is good but that is not reason enough for me to ever go back to Macaroni Grill.

This place is all about their soups and the bread rolls. Zach's is a great little restaurant with a lot of character. The prices aren't too expensive either. I've only been here for lunches but I'd be excited to check this place out some time for dinner.

I went with a friend on a weeknight and the place was practically empty. The food was excellent and had a great atmosphere. The whole time I was thinking that I HAD to bring my fiance.

The waiters were a little bit absent the whole evening except to refill our drinks once but the attendant was great about making sure that our coals were fresh for our hookah.

I'm a fan!

I just had my car serviced here and everything went as smooth as it could get. Gary Sawyer helped me and he was very professional and courteous. He even personally drove my car through the car wash when I went to pick up my car. 5 stars and I'll definitely be going back.

BEST french fries in Pasadena! That's all I have to say :)

I also had the Philly Cheese Steak, my girlfriend had the tuna sandwich and it was all amazing!

I tried this place on my own last night and I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely love sushi and this was definitely one of the better places. It was quaint and had a great atmosphere. The mood traditional Japanese music was a nice touch. The waitresses were very nice. The sashimi was very fresh and be sure to order the Baked Scallop :) I'll definitely be going back for more.

These guys were incredible!!! If you are moving than you should not go to anyone else other than Affordable Moving and Storage. I hired a 3 man crew to help me move from South Orange County to Pasadena. Terry and his crew got the job done in 6.5 hours and they were extremely nice and good with all of my stuff. I would definitely hire them again.

This place was amazing. The atmosphere was great, the waiters and managers were extremely nice and helpful. I love the open kitchen. The bread was fresh (I took some home and had it two days later and it still tasted amazing, that's freshness!). I ordered the lasagna and you can tell when the pasta is made from scratch because I could not tell the difference between the cheese and the pasta. They were both so soft! I would highly recommend this place. Will definitely be going back!

I've always loved this place. The food is a bit greasy but you can't beat their breakfast burritos with sausage. Give it a try at least once if you live around the area.
