Went in yesterday to get two tires put on my rear rims .

Everything seemed fine and dandy , get my car and go , get home to find scratched rims . went back they basically called me a liar and after arguing back and forth got a measly 10% off my bill .

Wake up this morning to go swap my wheel locks (as I run them all on one corner of the wheels center cap emblem) and wala lug stud broken .

I KNOW it wasn't broken when i took it in yesterday , BUT even IF it was broken why did they not pull me aside and point it out , or write it down on the work order ?

It's a safety issue and if it was prior damage it was not brought to my attention .

I'm 99% sure THEY caused the damage , when I went back in today I was met by the manager(jim) , a VERY rude man who said everything but that I was lying , and after i pleaded to just get it fixed as they broke it and could not prove otherwise I said "just get me the stud and I'll  fix it my damned self."

OH and while I was there a car three lifts down from the office entrance FELL to the ground with only 3 wheels on the car !

Then when I went into the office to tell any customer with a green Camry that it had just partially fallen to the ground , the Manager (Jim) came out to talk to me and said I was pissing him off and that I should leave and he'd call me when the stud got in . and was telling me what I saw happen (car hitting ground) did not happen , and that if i was going to stay I *NEEDED* to be quiet.  At that point i was fed up and said " you're just the big man around here aren't you?" and he replied with "yeah , I am !"

Needless to say I will never shop America's Tire again , and will be getting ahold of a district manager monday in hopes of rectifying this HORENDOUS customer service and to get a deeper discount on my bill .

I will leave you with what I tweeted about my experience earlier today .

"If you value your rims , your car , your safety or your sanity DO NOT go to America's Tire CO."

sounds like you should keep your horrible acting "children" at home . I'd have been screaming MUCH worse at you and your party if i had been seated next to you , i then would have left the business all on behalf of your horribly trained children .

Went back to check their newly arrived hookah parts and this time the girl who helped us was speedy , on point , and to my surprise not seemingly stoned off her ass !

cheap hookah hose , and 2 hose converter !

This is a 4.5 star review if i could .

Good bbq chicken pizza with TONS of chicken !

Their crust is VERY VERY good for thin crust as I normally HATE thin crust pizza but this was GOOD .

Garlic Fries were yummy , a lil light on the garlic but had good fresh parmesan on em and a nice light garlic flavor which isn't bad as to me too much garlic is worse than not enough .

Seriously a bad thing , lol . AMAZING FRESH WARM DELICIOUS donuts at 1AM . omg . yes yes yes !

Very good texture for cake donuts , fluffy , not too dense , very good toppings , yummy light crisp outside . TOO good !

1am - 3pm 7 days a week , can't much beat it .

oh and CHEAP , dozen donut holes for $1.50 !!!

But yeah dealerships try and sell you warrantees ALL dealerships do that . have you ever bought a new car before ? Do you know how to read / comprehend the name of a business that you just spent HOURS in and spent between $15,000 - $70,000 at ?

Don't really like shops like this but OMG if you use hookah come here and buy the most awesome charcoal fingers ever at a ridiculously low priceof 9 dollars for 36 fingers which last over an hour each and 1 finger broken in two or three pieces gives you optimum smoke .

Never saw a show here but definately love the "new" bar off to the side , swank furniture , killer design , cool steel window / wall art thing .

good drinks , a bit pricy but made well , Nice diverse crowd , from hipsters , to showgoers , to middle aged , to skanks n hos and fat old italian ish guys trying for them , it was fun people watching on nice stools and leather couches !
