I guess you should get the kebabs here as they have some guy in the back behind a window constantly working on them.  Chicken biryani was quite bad actually.  No flavor and overdone chicken... all around bad.
Otherwise a nice place.

came here for dinner and was not impressed, especially for supposedly being one of the best Indian restaurants in JC.

Went here a few months ago and had pizza.  It was average, uninspiring.

I ate here about a year ago and the food was pretty poor.  They do bring out a lot of chips for pseudo appetizer which are actually pretty good.
Since then, they have apparently changed management, but I am not hopeful.  Will not be going back soon.

This place has a very cozy dining room and a very cute seating area in the back.
Each table gets a basket of nice bread and some steamed veggies that is sprinkled with basalmic vinegar or something - quite good!
Good selection of nice wines.
The pastas are good but the seafood could be better (shrimp is always over cooked).
They pride themselves on their homemade tiramisu but it isn't that great.
Overall a great value.  Would go back.

This is a hidden gem of the NYC metro area, especially being in Jersey City, and also kinda off the beaten path.
I am not a huge sushi person, which is probably why most people like this place, so it is good that they have a diverse menu.  Their chicken teriyaki is as simple as it comes (chicken in teriyaki sauce and some veggies with rice on the side) yet is done to perfection. The chicken is so tender and also a nice large portion. Great with a one liter can of Asahi beer.  My friends also tell me the sushi is good.
The scenic manhattan views are over-rated unless you actually sit by a window.  Otherwise, the interior decor is nice.
One more bonus: free mints on the way out.  Gotta love that

The Curry puffs appetizer was very good, although the spring rolls were not that great and tasted like they were just defrosted in the microwave.  The drunken noodles with chicken was also quite awesome, but the shrimp pad thai left something to be desired.
They also have a good selection of fruity drinks and Thai beers.
Overall a nice place and would go back, but would not sit at the tables on the side since they are not made for tall people (too short)
