Don't ever go into this place. Tonight I was celebrating the birth of my new nephew, minding my own business.  The owner of the bar, I think her name is Kathleen, was so drunk and rude, went up to me and asked that I put my phone away. I said no and proceeded to berate me for no reason at all.  I said no and didn't want want to deal and left, even though I had just paid for a Jameson on the rocks.

I should've just went to Tap House.  Lesson learned.  I will NEVER set foot at this bar again.

I live in Forest Hills and I LUV the Irish Cottage!  The bartenders and everyone is very friendly and personable.  The beers continue to flow and the menu is pretty decent.  The place can get very packed so be forewarned.  Also note that the main bar DOES NOT take credit cards, however the dining area does. There's an ATM machine on site if you need cash.

Again, if you're looking to drink and meet some nice folks, check out Irish Cottage.  Say hi to Lisa and Sharon when you stop by!

It's at the site of the former Big Cup diner! Really enjoyed that place, miss it.  Good location bc Studio Sq is down the block!

Maybe it's just me, but I found the burger to be eh.  I didn't find it as juicy. I think what threw me off was the gruyere and rosemary aioli.  The bread was in butter?  Felt like there was just too much going on.  I did enjoy the onion rings, deep fried pickles and pastrami.

BTW - great tunes and service and beer!

Best dumplings in NYC. The texture of the dumplings is very palatable, different than the texture seen with other dumplings/wontons. $6 for 5 dumplings.

The wonton soup is probably the best in the city. The dumplings are good is probably a close second to Plump's. At 8 dumplings for $5, I say that's a good deal.

Went here last night with the family for Easter dinner and was overall pleased with the experience.  The service was very attentive, the food was good, and the noise level wasn't bad at all.  On top of all that, we were seated right by the window and had an excellent view of the bay.

It's a pretty classy establishment and one should make an effort to dress up and look somewhat presentable.  Also, the restaurant is a bit pricey, you're looking at per person, about $50 at least, tip included

Our group's "Filipino Food Night" tradition made a stop at Grill 21 and we weren't disappointed!

It's a very intimate setting, will probably sit about 20 people, tops!  The service is very friendly, especially when you meet Marisa, I believe she's the owner.  The food is pretty authentic, and the menu has basically everything you can think of.  Unlike Tito Rad's in Queens, Grill 21 does serve alcohol.  My friends on this particular night feasted "family style."  With tip included, it came to about $36 per person.

Would definitely make a return visit!  Oh wait, I'm actually going back tomorrow night!

You must hit this spot. I'm not even going to gush at how awesome this place is. Japanese BBQ. Good food. Good vibe. And you can make s'mores! What more can I say?

Highly recommend partaking in the happy hour specials (5-6pm or 9:30pm-close): 50% off BBQ beef items except kobe and booze.  My group tonite paid $37 each with tip, and we were satisfied with our portions.

The only critiques I have are: service, altho very friendly, could be a bit faster, and the serving sizes is a bit paltry.

Props to fellow Yelper Lynn T for recommending Gyu Kaku.

I will definitely make a return trip!

Sushi is very good, the presentation of the food is very appealing, the service is very friendly and attentive. Oh, and they feature a $35 3-course pre-fixe special from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

First impression wasn't good, there was a massive line to check in.  But Fig & Olive made a great save with its very good service and cuisine, as well as an inviting and friendly ambiance.
