I shop all the time at the outlet north of my native Seattle and quite like it. Unfortunately, this outlet doesn't compare. Really didn't appreciate shopping off of the 50% of rack only to get to the register and have the clerk tell me that only one of the two pairs of shoes I was purchasing was eligible. They were the EXACT same pair of shoes, just in two separate colors. This was not a simple stocking error as multiples of the same colors were in that section.

Just a stupid bait and switch, and I don't appreciate it. Instead of my wife and I spending $200 bucks there, I canceled my transaction and stopped my wife from coming in to shop.

Hey Puma, even a simple stocking error would be YOUR problem. Not offering me the discount that was advertised was a customer service error, and that was also YOUR problem.

I would have gladly continued shopping there if you gave me the discount that you advertised. But, since you didn't, you lost that sale.

What a delightful little place!

We stopped here on our way back from our Bahamas cruise. Yelping nearby restaurants to the Puma store we wanted to visit pulled Q'Kenan to the top.

The four of us had entrees, coffee and dessert and it was ALL fantastic. Service was quick and friendly and the restaurant was full of satisfied customers. The tres leches dessert is amazing!

Jerks. These guys try to trap unsuspecting tourists into paying a two dollar a gallon premium on their gas.

The clerk at the front desk was quite expecting my appalled attitude as I stormed in and asked her if she was seriously charging $5.79 per gallon of gas. She confirmed that she was. And to my incredulous, "How the hell do you think that's OK??!?" She simply responded, "It's a private business..." I was smart enough to look before I pumped, but i know others aren't.

Totally not her first time. I made a point to tell someone who had just pulled up that the gas was horribly overpriced.

I'm not from around here, but Orlando people, I read an article about your mayor trying to pass some sort of legislation about this. I recognize that price gouging, in its legal sense, requires an emergency to be present, but this is still something that should be reviewed by your city's elders. It's horrible business and just makes Orlando, Florida (and by default, the US) look like greedy a**holes.

Wow...

My wife and I spent our first anniversary in Cannon Beach and had a blast. We decided to explore the wonderful 'downtown' area. Walking into Rare Discovery we saw some creative, interesting and inspiring pieces. As we walked around the shop, we were delighted multiple times and found a number of things we were interested in purchasing.

Unfortunately, it appears that the people who stand behind the counter don't actually work there, or not in any capacity I could discern? I couldn't believe that I was there, on vacation, money in hand wanting to purchase items but couldn't find a single damn person in the establishment to look at, let alone speak to my wife or I.

So! Rare Discovery, you lose my money on this trip, and on the successive ones we will take (because, honestly, Cannon Beach is amazing). And I will be sure to shop in the other establishments, as I did this time.

If you own or manage Rare Discovery, remember, customer service is a simple way to start the sales process. Never judge vacationing visitors by their appearance, always say hello, goodbye and thank you, and keep in mind that, even if we don't buy this time, great service will bring us back the next time we visit.

Just a great little crepe eatery with excellent customer service, fantastic flavors and cute takeaway style presentation. We ended up coming here twice in a 16 hour period, they were that good.

Very fast, open early, drive-thru, consistent coffee.

Perfect place for me to stop on my way to the office.

Sally made custom wedding rings for my wife and I. They came out beautifully. She used industrial-grade black diamonds to create braille insets of our wedding date. They really came out spectacular, on time and on budget.

I can't say enough great things about the process.

So fast and inexpensive. What a tremendous service!

The ride over is beautiful and the staff are friendly.  Great little side trip for when out of towners are here.

Holy crap this place is great. If it were just a little bit faster, it'd be five stars all the way.

This is, without a doubt, the worst Starbucks I've been to in the Seattle metro area. I work in Bellevue, but live in West Seattle. Many mornings I sat in the drivethrough line waiting, and waiting, and then waiting, only to get my drink with no milk in it, or missing sugar, or with the wrong sandwich...I've waited as long as twelve minutes to move up two cars, that time was the last time.

Don't bother.

Oh yea, and to the overly-enthusiastic morning employee...Your attempts at customer service come off as fake and irritating. Dial it back. I don't mean to be a dick, but I've never had such patronizing service at any establishment.
