If you have bangs and you want them cut perfectly, then Stacey is the gal you need to see. She triple checked them to be sure every hair was where it needed to be. She genuine and not fake nice or obnoxious, which I definitely appreciate.  We talked about food and yelp. She recommended this Ethiopian restaurant which turned out to be the best meal I have had in a long time. (Taste of Ethiopia)

I never thought I would find authentic Mexican food in Washington.(I am from San Antonio) The corn tortillas are in my new top 3. Thanks yelp, I love and hate you at the same time. You bring me to these amazing places that I will never go to again. Single tear.

Do you ever wonder what mermaids eat? I do.

Is it bad that the thing I love the most here is their Mac & Cheese? It is made with spaghetti noodles and has a layer of cheese baked on the top. I heart crusty cheese.

Oyster Po-Boy is where it's at.

The tacos? Ehhh.... not that great, even if they are half off on tuesdays.

I am looking forward to the peel and eat shrimp on my next visit.

So, even though I totally didn't get the Pho I ordered, it was still pretty darn tasty.

The peanut sauce that came with the Spring Rolls was perfect.

The service was eh, whatever.

Thanks to all of you wonderful yelpers, I had an amazing dinner last night.

The wait was short and the owner kept us entertained and informed after we told her that we were from out of town. She gave us some great things to do around the city.

Might just be back before I head home...

So, I needed to find a new doctor and where do I turn to first? Yep, yelp.

I don't think I have ever left a gynecologist's office excited before. I wanted to tell everyone about it!

There wasn't a wait and the whole process only took 30 minutes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaplan took the time to take my medical history himself, no 10 page forms to fill out here.

Uploading that corndog picture made me really hungry.

Do yourself a favor, get in your car and start driving there right now. Order the jalapeno corndog and chili cheese tots.

Actually, order two of those. I'll be right there.

I really wish i had not found this place. It is too good.

I had just finished unpacking my uhaul, and I was desperate for a place to fulfill my moving day hunger. I turned to my trusty yelp app on my phone and stumbled upon Mr. Catfish. I was a little skeptical about the neighborhood, but as soon as I walked in, I felt at ease and welcomed. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly, helpful, and patient.

I had a lot of questions about the menu. Like, what are corn nuggets?? What is a boudin ball?? In case you are wondering, a corn nugget is their version of a corn fritter. It is basically corn and cheese that is deep fried. The guy at the counter was kind enough to sneak us a sample of them when our food came. (They are amazing) And a boudin ball is sausage and rice that is deep fried. (Also, amazing)

They have lunch specials under $6 that come with two sides. I recommend the gumbo and red beans and rice. On Monday's they have the Big Cat special. That is a whole deep fried catfish with 2 sides for only $6.99!!  

I also advise that you to take a homemade cake slice with you on the way out. The citrus cake is the perfect way to end your meal.
