Shitty food.
Shitty service.
Shitty decor.
Shitty menu.
Great margarita.

We checked this place out because of the great review in New York Magazine. The experience didn't quite live up to the rage. The quality of food is below Taco Bell's expectations. I'd never go back.

If you don't love this gelato, you should be tied, beaten, shot, then buried in the park across the street.

Great brunch special, which includes croissants, muffins, choice of meal and 3 drinks. Plus, outdoor seating which paints a perfect view of NYC.

Best Huevos Rancheros I've had in all of NY/NJ.

I stopped in to the newest location, which is near the corner of Lafayette & Prince Street. You could walk by this spot and never notice it. Thankfully, I was visiting with a client, who's office just happens to be next door.

At first glance, it's a modern design coffee shop. The staff is very friendly and the interior decor is very clean & simple.

There is a very small selection of croissants and other pastries, which sit behind a glass box. They look tasty, but so do muffins at lunch carts. I resist the temptation and stick to the reason I came here.

My problem with this shop is that there's no menu. I see a nicely printed pamphlet near the door, but no menu and no prices. It's almost as if you're sitting at a secret bar and it's up to the barista to offer you the perfect cup o' joe.

With that being said, I ordered myself a latte and it's an excellent latte.

This place is sure to be the next trendy coffee spot in the area. Check it out.

I base my review of a Mexican restaurant on how well the fish tacos are.

While the food was excellent, I'm holding off on one star because I haven't gotten the chance to experience the hidden restaurant/lounge below.

Will update one of these days.

Stopped here first on Saturday night.

The doorman was super friendly and warned us that it was insanely packed inside. Because we were patient, he let us in anyway. After walking 20 feet into the bar, we decided that his warning was accurate. We turned around, thanked him and left.

My first impression is that the scene is very attractive. If the doorman's personality is any indication of the bartenders, I'll really enjoy this place.

Looking forward to going back and giving a proper review. Update to come.

Nice little wine bar with friendly service. The cheese & chocolate platters are nice, but a little on the expensive side.

- The people aren't as classy as you'd expect (lots of drunks).
- Not much room for groups.
- Bar seems to be missing some decor.
- Wine list isn't broad enough.
