This is my second time ordering and I've been beyond pleased both times! The shipping is super quick and the shirts are of good quality.

I'm local and decided to have a staycation at this Residence Inn since I'm not flying anywhere right now. I chose this hotel because of the great reviews and the location. I checked in through the Marriott Bonvoy app, which was nice. I then received a notification that I would not be able to receive a mobile key and to check in at the front desk upon arrival. Fine. The only issue is that you could not enter the hotel without a room/mobile key. The doors were literally locked and there was a sign saying to use your key for entry or to make a reservation online. So, I'm standing in the breezeway, looking straight at the front desk employees, who would not open the door. I waited and some friendly people who already had a key let me in. As soon as I stepped foot in the lobby a front desk personnel yells "Can I help you?" Yes of course. I'm paying to stay here, have already checked in online, but was not let into the hotel. Question: how are people supposed to check in at the front desk if they are not let into the hotel?! I was livid at this horrible process for a pricey hotel. Plus, there were some issues of cleanliness in the room, which is unacceptable considering we're in the midst of a pandemic! Also, they ran out of grab and go breakfast on my last morning. Terrible. Would not recommend.
Tim and Sons are not only lifesavers, they do thorough and HONEST work. My air conditioning went out and I was extremely hot and uncomfortable. After going back and forth with my home warranty company for weeks with no foreseeable results, I got fed up and decided to call my own contractor. I messaged Tim and Sons late on a Thursday night and they came out to assess the issue on Friday. I called back to authorize the work on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I had my new A/C unit! And mind you, this was right before the July 4th holiday. Tim drove out to Baltimore to pick up my unit to make sure I was comfortable before the holiday!! Please call Tim and Sons for all your cooling and heating needs! They take excellent care of their customers!! Thank you Tim!!
Update: My contact at 2-10, who gave me his email and asked me to let him know if I had any other issues, has never responded to any of my emails. A person from 2-10 did call this morning to say someone from the escalations department would call within 2-3 hours. No call! I then receive a call 10 minutes ago from my assigned contractor, stating they can no longer do the work because 2-10 keeps sending back invoices with deductions and they can't do the work without being paid. He also stated they will no longer be doing business with 2-10. Shocker! So now, after a month without A/C, I'm left to find my own contractor. 2-10 is absolutely a scam if I've ever seen one. Don't entrust your home's systems to them.

Hi there Shannon. I am so sorry you have such issues with this claim. Your experience sounds concerning, and I would like my escalation team to follow up with you. Would you reply to my private message with your full property address or contract number? Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon.
I'm giving 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty one star because zero is not an option. As a first time home buyer, they have made my first experience with a system failure miserable. I submitted a work order at the end of May when my A/C stopped working. The erroneous wait times when calling and being bounced back and forth and being lied to are the name of the game for this company. After the diagnosis was submitted on a Friday, I was called that same day by 2-10 and was told the parts were being ordered. Lies. I then proceed to call numerous times for updates and all anyone can do is "look in the notes" and read to me what I already know. I finally get an update email stating the parts are supposed to arrive on June 13th. I wait. Nothing. So I call on June 14th and speak with a manager. He tells me the parts are on back order. So you mean to tell me I had to call to find this out? You should be calling and updating me Bill (his actual name)!! He then proceeds to tell me if they can't get the part there's "nothing we can do." Really? Nothing you can do for a covered system under a home warranty I paid for?! I finally get somewhere after speaking to Kendall (very nice), who states the contractor has now been authorized to order all the parts and do the work (instead of getting the parts through whatever low rate supplier they use). So after a month, many phone calls, long wait times, and a few customer service people who had no idea what they were doing, I'm in a waiting game with the contractor, whose portal is down and can't properly bill for the authorized work. Just think if 2-10 had authorized the contractor to get the parts back in May. I'd have A/C now. I live in northern VA and we are in the middle of a heat wave. Miserable. When the year is up I will not be renewing with 2-10. I'm filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reviews and any other agency I can find. Stay far away from 2-10. As far as I'm concerned, they are crooks. I'm seriously considering taking legal action.
Hire Ricky and his team immediately for all your tv mounting needs! The quality of the work is excellent and my expectations were exceeded. I had my TV mounted above my fireplace with all cords hidden in the drywall. Great price for a job well done!
