These guys have been our go-to dealer for service on our two '06 Hondas - my wife's Pilot and my Ridgeline. Service team is very good, quite customer-focused.
Service fees are fair (compared to charges at dealers in CA and TX). Service can take longer than quoted but the comfortable waiting area with free wifi & free coffee can make the time go by fast.

Great food, great service. Overpriced, but, shoot - you're in Newport Beach. EVERYTHING is overpriced.
Located on the third floor of the Nieman Marcus store, this hidden treasure is worth the trip. Every diner gets a fresh-from-the-oven popover with strawberry butter. Service is top notch. Food is terrific - great selections.

Good folks who are interested in leading more effectively! CP is a long-time client - I love going to their HQ in Bartlesville due to the history (Frank Phillips' home is a local landmark). CP is by far the largest employer in the area and definitely cares about their staff!
Lots of changes coming up with the split into Conoco & Phillips 66 - hope the transition is seamless for these great people.

Great shop that rarely has overflow crowds. Noise level is way less distracting than, say, the downtown San Francisco store. Staff are very proactive. I was in/out for my PlugBug purchase in 4 minutes (literally).

Classic SoCal outdoor mall. VERY upscale which suits the Newport Beach culture perfectly.
Nieman Marcus is a great store with a great restaurant (Mariposa) to take 90-yr-old Mom to on our visits. The Apple Store is right there, as is a Tesla Motors (!) showroom. Sure, you can buy a high-end all-electric vehicle along with your latte!

Great culture, dedicated staff, terrific office & learning environment (in a 70 year old ex-warehouse) - this is one of my cool clients.
The bikes are gorgeous, reliable, and have that remarkable (and trademarked) Harley rumble. It's always fun teaching a leadership program during the spring/summer when, about 3pm, a shift of folks start up their bikes for a tour (or ride home). Fabulous background sounds!

Nice little airport - easy access, security lines are rarely long or slow, nice food choices. And TGIF's kitchen closes at 6pm on a Wednesday? Really? OK, it's not a major metro airport - certainly can forgive them a few "low volume" reactions.
It's a Frontier hub (my hometown airline) so Denver flights are easy.

Great location on the first floor of the downtown Hilton. It's a tight space but it all works. Friendly staff, fast service, wifi, typical SB ambiance, great coffee.

This is one of few full-service hotel choices in the Milwaukee area; I've come here for client work for 15 years and am amazed that no other hotels have set down roots here.
Despite the "one-trick pony" nature of this facility, it's in good shape, well-cared for. Staff are proactive and friendly, room service is fresh & fast, rooms are quiet. The location is great - it's not hard to get out to clients in the 'burbs at all.
Biggest drawback is pricing - self-parking is $24/night, room service fees are very high, room rates are on the high side. And - with no competition, can you blame 'em?
