I agree with many other reviewers - I never thought I would be rating a car dealership so highly, but this was my second time dealing with Longo. The first time, I had to get a new car fast and decided to lease a 2002 Corolla. Later decided to buy it instead and went in again. Each time, everyone was calm and courteous and there is absolutely NO sales pressure. Whatever you want to do, they will work it out with you. Every time. I got into a car accident, right before the Corolla was to be paid off, of course and came in a third time. Same thing. Helpful sales people (I dealt with friendly Fred Williams this time) and was able to get a used '07 Hyundai with no hassle whatsoever. There are some bad Toyota dealerships out there, but Longo is not one of them. They are the best in my book and I will always buy my cars there as long as I live in the area. Thanks guys. (My only complaint was in servicing the Corolla once I went in on a Saturday and spent all day waiting which was a big pain, so the maintenance part I don't do anymore, just the buying, which is honestly stress-free!)
