This business is not closed, despite what the listing says.

I contacted Rely as I need to replace my current POS water purification system. I spoke at length with someone who seemed to be quite knowledgeable and he scheduled a time for them to come out to take a water sample.

Fast forward to the date/time we scheduled, and no one showed. I gave them an hour and still no one. I called the office to see where they were and apparently the appointment was never added to the book. So I scheduled another date/time. This time the guy showed, an hour early. Fortunately I was home.

A week went by and I had not heard from anyone regarding the results. I called, and I spoke to the same gentleman I initially spoke to. He told me he would contact the testing company and get back to me either way. I never heard anything. So I waited another week (now two weeks since the sample was taken) and called again to find out the results.

The woman I spoke with said she hadn't seen anything, and asked me to hold on a moment while she inquired. I could hear in the background someone saying "That was the water sample that I had left in the truck" meaning it had gone bad before they dropped it off for testing. The woman told me she was going to find out what was going on and would be back in touch.

It's now two weeks since that last call, a month since my sample was taken, and I have not heard from anyone. Apparently Rely (more like UNrelyABLE) has enough work so don't waste your time or money by giving them your business.

Hands down the best pizza.  It's thin, crispy crust topped with the best, quality ingredients.

I'm not a huge fan of sausage, but their sausage pie is amazing.  Try the sausage with sweet peppers.  And you can't go wrong with just a plain pie.  If you're not in the mood for pizza, don't go because they don't have anything else, not even salad.

It's BYOB, but keep the beers to a minimum as there is no bathroom.  Be prepared to wait outside for a while before you get a table.  But trust me, the wait is so worth it.

They will be opening a second location in Robbinsville any day now but the plan is to keep this location in the Chambersburg (aka the 'burg) section of Trenton open as well.

One of my favorite things about Vienna is the amazing cafes, each one older than the next. The Demel clocks in at 225 years old.

We chose to sit near the back of the first floor where we could watch the girls making all of their delectable confections. The coffee was like butter, and pastries and violet ice cream we sampled were delicious.

While it can get a bit crowded with tourists because of the location, it's definitely a do-not-miss spot.

If there is one historical place you must visit on your trip to Wien, make it the Schonbrunner. The palace and its grounds are spectacular.

For many centuries, it was the summer home of the Habsburg Monarch. There are roughly 30 rooms in the palace set up for viewing, all of them staged as they were during the time of different rulers. Be sure to get the audio guide for all the details.

The grounds are gorgeous and expansive. You could roam for hours looking at the gardens and playing in the maze and labyrinth. There is also a zoo on the property - the oldest in the world - but we did not go through it.

We bought the ticket that also included a strudel making demonstration. Completely worth the extra cost of admission. The speed and agility with which the host whipped up a giant strudel was mind numbing. I would have been wearing the dough. But the best part is they give you a piece of strudel to enjoy while you watch the show.

While a bit out of the center of town, it's easily accessible by the Metro. Definitely put this on your do-not-miss list for Vienna.

The options are endless and amazing, but the cost of items borders on insane. I assume only tourists and the wealthy of Wien shop here.

Watch out for those olive ladies. After perusing the shops and eating some type of Middle Eastern wrap (which was quite good), we decided to grab a small container of green olives for the road. The woman put roughly one dozen olives in the container and told us it was 8.90 Euro. That translates into $12 American dollars. We stood there with our mouths open, completely stunned. I'm assuming we got the dumb Americans' price. We told her we wanted 2 Euro worth of olives. They mumbled and grumbled and gave us a few and we were on our way. Unfortunately half of the olives were mushy and inedible.

After this burn, we chose not to go back to the Naschmarkt again. I'm sure there are other vendors worth visiting but with other options around the city, it wasn't worth the effort or expense.

Hague Quality Water

1.0 star rating
Update - 6/21/2011
I still continue to have issues with the Hallett unit. I half blame the manufacturer for making a piece of garbage and I half blame Hague for installing it and not making the problem right.

About 8 months ago, the fan that cools the computer in the unit died. It was replaced and covered under warranty. It died again last week, but the replacement part is only covered for one month, so I had to pay them for the part and labor. How does this make sense? Either something is wrong with the unit that causes the fan to break so frequently, or the fan itself is a POS. Why the hell am I left holding the bag? I just paid a stupid sum of money for them to replace it this morning, to go downstairs and I'm still getting an alarm reading.

To be continued.....

You can't imagine how annoying it is to not have water in your house, until it happens to you....constantly.  When I bought my house nearly four years ago, I had to install a water purification system because my well is contaminated.

The system I bought was rather sophisticated (i.e. expensive).  Hague Quality Water "Advanced Water Treatment" of Colmar was the company who installed the Hallett system and they told me I had the "Rolls Royce" of water treatment systems.  Well, if Rolls Royce's broke down as much as this system, they would be out of business.

The first unit was so screwed up it had to be replaced.  I have had my new unit for one year now and was problem free, until today.  Hague was coming out for my annual system maintenance.  As soon as I made the appointment a few weeks ago, I started to worry.  I just KNEW when they came out; something bad was going to happen.  Maybe my negative energy caused the problem, or maybe it's because every time these people get near my system it goes down.

Anyway, long story short, a part in the system is now magically broken (but covered under warranty so they tell me).  So now once again I don't have water.  Can't go to the bathroom, shower or wash dishes, let alone drink it.  Guess I'll be living elsewhere for the next few days until these idiots can get back and "fix" it.  And then god knows it will only be a matter of time before there's another issue.

Bottom line, I would never recommend Hague.

Update - 6/20/2011
I'm downgrading my rating of the Borgata based on a recent visit. While I still believe it's the best in AC (other than the associated Water Club), the Borgata is no longer a 5 star experience. I saw three different rooms on this most recent visit and they're all looking shabby. The hotel also charges if you use the toiletries. Who does that? I know times are tough in AC but come on.

I'm not much of a gambler, but I did spend some time in the Borgata's casino this trip (and had a James Woods sighting!).  Compared to the rest of AC, this one is the nicest and brightest.  Dealers are really nice and if it's not too busy, they'll teach you the games.

We wandered over to the new Water Club tower.  Pool is small but has a great view.  The rooms must be amazing.  No casino or restaurants here.  Only shops and rooms.

Definitely the best in AC.  I stayed here this past summer for a bachelorette party.  For starters, our room was upgraded from a standard suite to a deluxe because they had overbooked.  We had an amazing view and the room was phenomenal.

MIXX was a pretty good time though I definitely recommend reserving a table if you're going with a big group.  You get the most for your money and you're protected from the pick up scene (unless of course that's what you're looking for).

The casino itself is really nice and you'll never have to wait because there are so many tables.  We ate at Seablue one night and I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant.  The service was top notch and the fish was unbelievably fresh and tasty.  The food was enjoyed by all.

This company makes the greatest peanut butter ice cream known to man. A Trenton original, they've been making ice cream for Trentonians for 80 years. You won't find it in your local grocery store as they only sell whole sale to restaurants and the public out of their Trenton (really Ewing) location.

In addition to 45 flavors of ice cream, they also sell novelty items.

Next time you're planning to have a party, be sure to get your ice cream treats from Arctic.

Without question, Hanna was one of the best vendors we used for our wedding. She was so easy to work with, and with very little direction "got" the look we were trying to achieve. She was also willing to work with our pretty small budget.

The arrangements she put together were spectacular. My bouquet was amazing and my husband's boutonniere was so cool.

Her shop is adorable and full of really cute, unique gifts and cards as well. Be sure to check out some of the woodwork she sells, crafted by her brother Bret.

I really cannot recommend Hanna and Peach Girl Flowers enough for any floral or gift needs.

While I ultimately did not buy my dress here, I just had to write a review about my experience. I must admit, I'm almost a little sad I didn't buy my dress from Donna because she is just so awesome.

The moment I walked in for my appointment, she was warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. She reminded me of a toned down version of Betsey Johnson - stylish and full of energy. We spoke at length on the phone prior to my appointment and then again when I arrived about what type of dress I wanted.

You won't find Donna's selection of dresses anywhere else in the area. They're unique and cater to both the traditional bride as well as one who is looking for something different, including some awesome non-white dresses. Donna has a great eye for detail and will hand design and make accessories to go with your dress.

If you're in the market for a wedding dress, do yourself a favor and call Donna! Show owner comment »
