They say there is usually a long line but it must've been a lucky day cuz we only waited about 4-5 minutes and our table was ready!!! Now where shall I begin!! All of their dishes are sooo good!! The one that stood out the most was their chicken wings!! Gosh, these wings are marinated with a special seasoning that makes you dreaming for more!! They also have this beef dish that has one of the best sauces...even though i don't eat beef, I would have them make me a side of that sauce!! Yum yum..it goes really well with the chicken wings! :P

This little secret gem is one of the best and fun little places I've ever been to in LA!! The best part is sitting outdoors eating and no pesty bugs attacking your food before you even get to take a bite...now that is amazing.  The people there are friendly and they make you feel like you're a long time patron even though you've only been there once.  Their "homemade" breads like banana nut bread, pumpkin bread are all moist and flavorful.  Their omelettes are big and stuffed with a lot of fresh ingredients inside!! If you havent been there yet, you must go try!!

The people here are really nice and very informative about their products!! Have you ever tried sleeping on a 70,000 bed? Well, let me tell you...it doesn't feel all that different than the 20,000 but it was definitely an experience.  We tried all three different lines of their beds and I have to say the one i like best is their 2000T soft ...the excelsior is not too bad but I think if you like the ones more on the softer side, this is the way to go.  Their pillows are great...you can even throw them in the washing machine!! Who ever knew you could wash the actual PILLOW!!!

They even have a massage bed but let me tell you...it only massages the feet area!! What about our backs?? :(

Oh my!!! Can't believe they are closing the hotel!!!! Especially after receiving such good ratings from yelpers!! :(  Well at least the restaurant and the golf course is still running.

Their hotel is being very stingy...they charge you a $15 resort fee for something that they should be providing in the first place.  But what makes the matter worse is if you dont get a change to take advantage of these "resort" amenties, they can't waive this fee.  Secondly, I had asked if they had an extra lamp since the hotel room was sooo dark, they told me that they cannot move any furnitures around. What kind of excuse is that?

Their customer service is not exactly what I would call "top of the line".  I know there are a lot of ppl checking in every day but I think sometimes I think if you are not a "HI Roller" they don't really care about you...

This place just opened 3 days ago and it is so much fun! They have all the specialty ingredients that chefs from the Wynn uses.  You will find products from Paul Bartolotta's restaurant, like Farro...special oils that he uses as well as gigantic shells that he uses to decorate his restaurant.  You can also buy blocks of Pink Himalayan Salt, fine dark chocolates, espresso machines, chef hats, etc....if you like to eat or like to cook, you should definitely check out this store.

What can you say with having a property that is sitting on the top of a mountain top with no disturbance from the outside world? Nothing...Once you enter the gates to Meadowood, you hope that you don't have to leave this peaceful resort.  That is exactly how I felt.  From the relaxing massage, to lounging around the spacious lot at the poolside, to having a wonderful meal at "the restaurant" and going back to the room to sleep on a "heavenly" bed, you would think this is one version of paradise.  

Once thing you have to be sure to have is their breakfast at the "Grill" Their english muffin is sooooooo yummy...better than any bread I've ever eaten.  It is just your typical english muffin..it is fluffy and large and when you put their homemade preserves on it, everything just melts together!!!  

All their staff members are so friendly and very attentive.  I can't wait until my next visit up there!!  A short getaway from home..

The atmosphere was beautifully decorated with all this red fabric and uplighting made the room very romantic and mysterious.  The service was the best part of the meal.  There was one staff member who made our evening and whole experience almost better than the food itself.  He was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our food.  He even told us a few humorous jokes in between courses.

The food had a unique asian influence and some dishes blended better than others.  What I really enjoyed was after the meal they brought around a secret box full of chocolate goodies!! They were certainly a good ending to the meal.

The food was actually better than we had expected considering the fact that upon entering, there is a strange smell that gets your olfactory going.  We ordered spicy string beans, a tendon dish, chicken dish and a vegetarian dish and everything came out piping hot and the spices and flavors were a perfect balance.  I wish they smell of the restaurant was a little better than I wouldve given them an extra star.

I had wanted to make a reservation but it was 1am...but I said "who cares, let's see if the answering machine will take my reservation."  It rang twice and someone actually picked up the phone!!! WOW!!! This person must really be a dedicated employee.

The restaurant looked really nice upon entering and i was so excited and looking forward to trying Lidia's yummy pasta dishes.  We made our order and just waited.  But it was a road to disappointment all the way to the end.  First the drink that I ordered never came and they were not even apologetic about it! Then when it did come, it was totally wrong and it tasted like coffee.  When I asked him if this was the drink that I ordered, he gave this excuse and made it seem like I had ordered the wrong drink.  When the one I did order come, I think they poured the whole bottle of liquor into it, instead of having it be a "mixed drink". GROSSSS.....I have never left my drink glass full before leaving... but this would be my first.

Then when we awaited the pasta, it brought more disappointment.  We were hoping for "al dente" pasta but it was worse than the kind I can make! It was sooooo soft and for the price I paid the portion was so little.

I don't recommend this restaurant at all and do hope Lidia comes and check up on her restaurant every once in awhile...otherwise it's going downhill....
