"The most beautiful yet!" I send my sister flowers every year for her birthday. She is a designer with impeccable taste. From now on, I will only send her flowers from Hanato. They will also be my go-to florist. Not only were the flower special and stunning-they delivered the same day even though I didn't order them until 3:00 pm. Thank you Hanato Floral Design!

So it is 2:00 pm and I am still waiting for their help (I have a 1:20 appointment.) When I ask how much longer, I am told, rudely, that they are very busy. When I asked the point of an appointment if there still will be more than 1/2 hour wait, possibly an hour, I am told, "thank you for your patience"through clenched teeth. And a huge amount of attitude.
What is happening to customer service these days!?
If you need an apple repair, go anywhere but their World Trade Center location.
Not surprisingly, there is no wait to purchase a new device. Funny how the device is better when you are spending $$!

Never again. I am so disappointed. We went here with my nonverbal autistic daughter. 2 of the party of 3 were there and requested a table. It was after the rush of lunch hour and there were MULTIPLE EMPTY TABLES. They refused to seat us, they "only seat full parties." The situation was explained to them and they still refused. It was even explained that we would order before the 3rd person got there (which would be a full 5 minutes later). Nothing. I loved Friedman's and went to all of their locations. I am disgusted by how we were treated. If you have any special needs, don't plan on being accommodated and don't go here.

I do not review or give 5 stars often. However, this is my new go-to salon. The place I had gone to for years closed during Covid.
I have had gel and regular manicures. Both looked beautiful and lasted a long time - longer than expected. It is a clean and lovely spa. Rachel is my favorite technician but I have gone to others, in her absence, and have always been thrilled with the results. The staff may be a bit lean sometimes but my guess is because they basically opened during Covid. People in the neighborhood don't really know about them yet and things are most often slow (from what I can gather from my visits). They are, hands down, the best around.
