Total diamond in the rough! My wife and I were starving after grabbing a few memory cards from the staples next door and we saw this little hole in the wall place in the corner of the shopping center.
It has the overall appearance of a casual diner but the food was awesome. My wife got the black bean burger which was served on a corn tortilla and I got the jalapeno burger which was finger licking good.
The food was so good we decided to come back the next day for breakfast and I'm glad we did. I got the chorizo scramble and my wife got the vegetarian omelette. Again, great flavors. Portions are huge. I must also mention the that pricing is very, very reasonable. Certainly much cheaper than any other tourist trap in Sedona.

My wife and I ate here on 3 occasions during our stay in Sedona! First time we had coffee, lox & bagel and croissant egg sandwich. Rather simple, but priced well and tasted pretty damn good. Staff was made up several cute hippie type girls but they were very nice and friendly.
We ordered a vegetable sandwich and tuna melt on two other occasions and the sandwiches were great. Bread was a 7 or 9 or 15 grain. I don't really remember, all I know is there were a hell of a lot of grains and other shit in the bread. We took the sandwiches with us one time back to the hotel we were staying at because we really didn't feel like spending $40 for 2 sandwiches like you would at most overpriced hotels. My opinion, great place to grab a coffee and a sandwich to-go if you are heading out on a hike or planning to spend the day at slide rock or lounging at the overpriced hotel pool!

Wife and I had been in Yosemite backpacking for 4 days before we arrived in Sedona so my review might be slightly skewed. We had been living off of dehydrated meals for 3 days prior so almost anything would have seemed incredible.
Either way, when we arrived to the restaurant it was hot as hell out. Probably 100+ degrees. The restaurant was pretty full so we were escorted outside to the patio that had quite an elaborate misting system. Seemed pretty good at first since it was so damn hot. Server arrived to take our order quickly, she was very nice and informative. As we waited for our food to arrive, we decided to switch tables since the misting system seemed more like a ride at Raging Waters. Listen, I'm not freaking kidding. They had umbrellas out and the water was cascading off of it like you were at Niagara Falls. After finding a spot that we weren't completely getting saturated, our food arrived. I ordered the caesar salad and a margarita style pizza with chicken. My wife ordered the arugula salad. Caesar dressing was honestly 4 parts garlic, 1 part everything else. My mouth was on fire and I was honestly tasting garlic for the next 3 hours. The Pizza was awesome as was the arugula salad. The server was really good also, very friendly and was even giving us some ideas for good spots to go hiking. The only true downfall of this experience was the damn misting system (more like a sprinkler system). My pizza was getting a little wet, however the nice thing about it was I never had to ask for a refill on my water because I found a spot under the umbrella that was like a spout that kept my glass completely full at all time.
Also, food was a little overpriced! Final bill came to about $100 for 2 salads, pizza, 2 glasses of champagne and tap beer.
My advice, sit inside or bring your raincoat if you decide to eat outside!

When we first arrived, it took a few minutes for the hostess to see us. We were actually getting ready to seat ourselves when she finally appeared to get us sat. The restaurant seemed quite huge but was obviously quite slow at the time. We were seated towards the back of the restaurant and I must be honest is saying that it did take a little too long for our server to acknowledge our arrival. It always feels really nice when someone comes to the table (even if they are slammed, which she wasn't) to at least say hello, say I'll be right with you, can I at least get you a drink or at least send the hostess over that's sitting on her ass to pour us some water and explain some of the specials.
Once the cute, incredibly friendly waitress did make her way over to our table, I have to say that our dining experience immediately began to improve. She had great recommendations on the menu and even though she wasn't old enough to open our bottle of champagne, she had some assistance immediately and proceeded to give us wonderful service.
My wife had the Shrimp Tamales! Really great flavor, although a little heavy on the onions and bell peppers. She still really enjoyed it! I had a caesar salad with cornbread croutons. Honestly, probably the best caesar salad I've had in a really long time. Romaine lettuce was cut into perfect bite size squares, the cornbread croutons were crispy, but soft on the inside, dressing was perfect. I told the server how much I enjoyed the cornbread croutons and she proceeded to bring my wife and I a skillet of jalapeno cornbread which I was to find out later that she didn't even charge me for. I then followed with the chipotle chicken pasta in which I used the cornbread to literally clean the bowl of pasta dry!
Overall great dinner! Just get the hostess to quit flirting with the cooks and take a little more initiative in assisting the service staff when necessary and the experience would have been almost perfect!
