They have either fried rice or noodles. And it seems they always have Mongolian Chicken, Beef & Broccoli, Kung Pao Chicken, and some vegetable stir fry mix. The egg rolls are yummy.
Now look, I'm not going to try to convince anyone this place ISN'T a strip-mall Chinese food restaurant. It is. The food is in large stainless steel troughs behind a sneeze-guarded display. If there's not MSG in the cooking, there sure is a lot of sodium. Similarly, the woman serving your food is just salty enough (or, at times, he presumed sons are just apathetic enough) to feel authentic (NOTE: that's not a racist comment, just a slightly over-generalized for comedic purposes commentary on the average attitude of all fast-order wait staff).
For something around $8, you get an enormous helping of either rice or noodles, and then two gigantic spoonfuls of whatever two dishes you want. Don't kid yourself: it's a ton of food.
If you're in the area and you're looking for that quick fix, Wok's Up is definitely worth considering. Are there better places with more variety, tastier food? Sure. But they aren't close by.
