I would have given them a 2 but the service was horrible and when I put a deposit down on a car and they couldn't deliver, the salesman reassured me that my deposit was refunded.
After 15 days I noticed that the refund had not yet be refunded. I called and spoke to the office manager and she informed me that the car salesman had never presented the refund.
Watch out for this one.

The best car buying experience, ever. PERIOD!
I had visited numerous dealerships before visiting Apple Valley Ford and the moment I walked in the door, I knew this one would be different. Why? Because I was actually greeted with a smile and was helped out right away. Most times when you walk into a dealership if you are greeted by a salesman and you are not looking for them, they are reluctant to help out.
They have a very well thought out floor plan where everything is out in the open. One of the best parts it seemed about the dealership was that it was business casual, no suits or fake individuals around.
I highly recommend the salesman (car advisor) Steve H., he is by far one of the kindest and nicest individuals I have ever come across. Open and transparent in the car buying experience. Steve never once pressured us on the purchase of a vehicle like so many other car salesman do with obnoxious closing techniques. He asked us what we were looking for and he delivered on point. He never wasted any time trying to push us in a vehicle that was not for us.
We first sat down at a desk on the show floor and browsed the inventory on the computer. After we found a few vehicles, we decided to go out on the lot and take a look. It was raining out and Steve went out of his way before going out on the lot to grab an umbrella for my girlfriend.
It was late and the dealership was closed, but Steve had taken the time to stay after. We weren't going to buy that night and we were never pressured into putting down a deposit to reserve the car like so many other dealerships do. We told Steve we would come back tomorrow to take the car for a test drive.
I left that night telling my girlfriend that this is the first time I had actually left a dealership happy.
One of the best features about the Apple Valley Ford is they will pull the car into the showroom to take a look at it, if it is raining or cold outside.
After deciding to purchase the vehicle the next day, Lori from financing was very helpful. She came back with an interest rate that I did not like at first and she went to bat for us to get a new one. She didn't balk at the idea, she just did it and I appreciated it.
I like the fact that they don't work on commission and are a best price dealership. No running back and forth over price or wasting ones time. Another great feature is there is no going back into cramped offices to sign documents, everything takes place out on the showroom floor. Everyone comes to the consumer.
Thanks Apple Valley Ford for such a pleasant car buying experience and to all that helped out, especially Steve.

Meh, real estate agent here who had a client go with their lending department and I'm not sure they knew what exactly was going on.
Instead of choosing a loan officer and working with them the entire transaction, it seems there was a committee of them. Communication was poor and the transaction didn't close on time.
Be careful when selecting a loan officer, make sure they are experienced.

I didn't have any food when visiting here, just a meet up for some drinks.
A different place to check out that is not like all your other bars. The bar atmosphere is fun and everybody is in a good mood when you walk through the doors. The bartenders are all dressed like the dude in "shaun of the dead".
The only downside is the restroom in the mens room with the trough filled with ice, next to the sink. It was probably one of their only options based on design and it is what it is.

I've been taking my dog here for the past 3 years and have received nothing but the best.
Even when I call on the phone, they give me helpful information to try first instead of bringing my dog in.

Definitely lives up to what some have said as the best thai food in town.
Located in Calhoun Square, easy parking with a garage off the back streets. Good ambience, a little on the dark side in the bar area but the main area had more lighting.
Service was great, the waiter was very knowledgeable about the dishes and was on point with recommending something for myself.
Had the Khao Cadeukadeek with beef with a heat scale of 'crazy hot' which was also crazy good.

Went there for late night happy hour on a Thursday, the joint was empty. Sat next to the window in the bar area which was narrow. Had one flat screen television on side wall. So if your looking for sports, probably not your place.
For appetizers ordered edamame and spring rolls. The edamame was over salted on one order and under on the other. Spring rolls should have been labeled mini but not to going to complain about a buck.
Had the crazy tuna roll and the spicy girl roll. Liked the crazy tuna a little bit more mainly because it had a special sauce.
The prices are decent... ran about a 10-11 bucks for the chefs specials.
Would visit again.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon catching Kooza. So the place wasn't busy and noise not an issue. I had never been to the Lowertown locations but overall you can never really go wrong with The Bulldog restaurants so I knew it was going to be a great choice.
The Bulldog has a great selection of beer and their menu is always one to think over. Especially the garlic tots with garlic mayo.
For this occasion I went with the Old Chicago style hot dog, it was loaded with onions, tomatoes, relish, jalapenos and a giant dog. Beer of choice was Flat Earth and Rush River Bubblejack IPA

Can't complain with 2 giant slices and a drink for less than five bucks or all you can eat for around $8. Pretty sure they are lunch deals but none the less better than Pizza Hut or Papa Johns.

Don't get pressured into a deposit if you choose not to buy on first visit. They won't let you leave.
I leased a car through Nissan three years ago, I enjoyed driving the Altima nothing wrong there. I had 3 months left on my lease and just wanted to check out the latest models.
I went back to the original sales person that sold me the car, I had a good experience then so I figured it would repeat. Was wrong, turns out they learned a few tricks (hard closes) in the time since last visit.
After taking a car for a test drive we sat down, I wasn't going to do anything that day but this didn't stop them from trying. After blowing 3 hours in the afternoon going back and forth on price. I decided I would come back in a month or so.
Thats when the hard closes came in... the salesman was pushy in trying to get a deposit and even went as far as telling me that someone from a biz was in there looking at purchasing bulk cars and the one I had test drove was in that category and if I didn't give a deposit the car wasn't secured. I said if it goes it goes, plenty of other new cars out there sitting empty.
I came back about a month later after shopping prices, other dealers were lower but wanted to see if they could match or beat. The salesmen was busy so he had one of the managers take me for a spin in a few cars. The lady first scoffed when I wanted to look at some slightly used cars first, we took a few for a drive and in the middle of the test drive she obnoxiously answers her phone and starts talking loudly to her mother about a camera.
We then went back into her 5X5 office with 3 people in it and again, they kept pushing that deposit. On a few occasions she used some swear words and even dropped the 'f bomb'. Now I have been known to use some of those words but NEVER in front of customers. She even complained about splitting the commission with the other sales person.
We left feeling pressured in every which way, the next day I asked the sales manager to put a deal together. She said ok, to this day I am still waiting for a call back. Needless to say I went elsewhere.
Very unprofessional in every way.
If you are looking for an awesome car buying experience, make sure to check out Apple Valley Ford.
