Selection is the same as Koi Palace in Daly City....minus the wait! I think we got our table for 5 within 10 minutes. That's definitely a plus as I was super hungry that morning.
Place is cleaner too and I don't hear any crazy Asian grandma's yelling and screaming like you normally do in DC. I also did not feel like I was stuffed into any seating area like sardines in a can.
The food itself was pretty pleasant as I ordered the usual:
Shrimp Dumpling - liked it
BBQ pork steamed bun - it was ok, the bun was a lil too moist for my liking
Chinese donut wrapped with rice noodle - loved it
Portuguese Egg tart - liked it
Steamed rice noodles w/ different selection of meat - liked it
And a bunch other plates which was exceptional.
I especially like their cocktail list for the different type of alcohol they serve...but hard liquor with dim sum might be asking for trouble :)
Will I ever come here again? Most likely yes for special occasions and to avoid the dreaded morning crowd in the SF area.
