I came in on a Saturday morning and the staff was able to accommodate me without having me wait. I got my eyebrows waxed in less than 10 minutes; pretty simple, I was in and out. Afterwards, I got a full set and a pedicure. The team that worked with me was very polite and the ambiance inside the salon was nice. They have a huge plasma tv that you can view while getting your pedicure.
After all my services was completed I decided to pay in cash and the cashier said that by paying in cash I would save x% on my services - I think it was 20% but since I don't remember the exact number don't quote me on it. Be sure to ask if you can save by paying in cash.
Overall, it was a great experience. Quick service and the total cost was roughly $15 cheaper than the usual place I go to.

Otay Ranch Town Center

My husband and I have even gone to Imagina the furniture store across from Banana Republic - that place has all of their items on sale with 40% off. Great selection and awesome customer service.
In addition to the plethora of restaurants and shops, Otay Ranch also has plenty of events (i.e live music, etc.). In November they host the Santa Parade and tree lighting which makes it a great event for families in the community.
Overall, this mall has a lot to offer in terms of entertainment and is definitely a gem for those of us that don't like to drive up to Fashion Valley. So for folks that live up north and complain that Otay Ranch is too far, you knew that from the start BEFORE you went on the freeway.

Dr. Infante, Jessica (the admin), and the rest of the staff at the office we're all very kind and charming. They would strike up conversations with you to set you at ease and always had a smile on their face.
I would say that Dr. Infante spent at least 30 mins. with me during my teeth cleaning and clearly explained to me what was going on in my x-rays and recommend other procedures I would need (i.e. fillings).
What's great about their office is that they're open on Saturdays! Scheduling an appointment was easy and I actually look forward to going back.

The only downside of my visit was that when I inspected the quality of one pair of shoes, you can see a gap from where it was supposed to be glued. I brought it to the clerk's attention and she fixed the problem right away then assured me that if I came across any other problems to come back. Lesson of the day, inspect your shoes before paying.

If you're in the area, stop by and see what H&M has to offer. If you live up north and drive south to H&M, don't complain about how far it is. You knew about the distance from the jump. Rate the store for it's quality, customer service, and price.

Our waiter, Chris, was very friendly and showed us the ropes as my husband and I mentioned that we were new to Macaroni Grill. The restaurant offers guests a bottle of red wine for their table which is $4 per glass and believe me - it was definitely good. They also have this white butcher paper placed on top of the table for reasons I still don't understand but my husband and I had a great time drawing on. :)
When it was time to place our order, we started off with their stuffed mushroom which were divine. Very tasty and a great starter for the night. We then shared a ceasar salad which was also great but the best appetizer had to be the tomotao basil tortellini soup - hands down, the best I've ever had. I'm a big fan of Panera's tomator basil soup but Macaroni Grill's soup was unbelievably tasty. The next time I'm sick at home and in need of comfort food, I'm sending hubby here first for some more of that soup.
As for our entrees, I ordered the Jumbo Shrimp Speidini and my husband got the Lambchop Spedini; both awesome dishes and very filling. We couldn't even finish them and had to have Chris box them so we could save room for some Tiramasu which was a great way to end our meal.
Overall, the restaurant had a great ambiance and our waiter was awesome. We'll definitely be heading back here.
