Delicious! A co-worker recommended Fin's for lunch one day (we work in Allston). After being pregnant and not having sushi is 9 long months, I was super excited to try. Another co-worker recommended the Snow Mountain Maki and let me tell you -- yum, yum, yum! My office has ordered from Fin's twice this week!

It is a bit pricey the Snow Mountain Maki (real crab meat mixed with light mayo sauce with shrimp tempura & avocado) is $11.95. But it is totally worth it.

Getting here isn't easy and parking is limited so if you are meeting friends leave yourself a little extra time. We didn't sit outside but they have a great outdoor patio.

For a starter, I had the Grilled Parma Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Fresh Mozzarella and Balsamic Syrup..YUM! People often mess up cooking asparagus, this was crisp and flavorful. For my brunch entree I had the Monterey Jack & Portabella Omelette served with Hash Browns and Lemon Dressed Greens. I'll be honest, I don't know what came over me when I ordered that. I really dislike mushrooms and would never have normally ordered it but I just felt like an omelet. I'm so glad I did because it was delicious! The egg was nice and fluffy the hashbrowns were crisp and the greens were a nice addition for brunch. The mushrooms, you might ask, I actually liked them! For dessert I ordered their strawberry shortcake. Wow. Good.

Everything was very fresh and tasted like it was just made -- meaning it hadn't been sitting under a warmer or anything. If you are looking for a fun brunch location downtown I would highly recommend Scollay Square.

Full Disclosure: I Attended a brunch event here with Boston Brunchers (http://www.bostonbrunc...) which means my meal was complimentary, however, this review is 100% my own thoughts of the experience.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store. They have everything you need. Clothes, bras, items for kids, and the best part -- it's reasonably priced! They have new and used items and if you are looking for a pair of pants to just last you a few more months of pregnancy - hit up this store. Maternity clothes can be so expensive. I searched and searched for a winter coat and found a Gap maternity pea coat for $29 at Mighty Aphrodite!

I attended a class here (pump talk) with Nancy H. It was awesome. I had never been to an isis before and was very impressed with the class and the store. Everyone was very friendly and the variety of merchandise they have is great.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a bit pricey. The pump talk session was $45. We did get Medela samples of  quick clean wipes and a micro-steam bag but I think $25 or $30 would have been a bit more reasonable. Although I did learn a lot and would pay that price again to attend another class.

There are a lot of reviews about the customer service - I thought the sales woman who helped me was very friendly and I did also hear her interact with other customers and was friendly and helpful to them as well. It's a bit far from me but honestly I would rather drive the distance than go to Babies R Hell if I need something.

I had a friend from the west coast relocating to Boston and told her I would help her out with her apartment search although I quickly realized I was in for more than I bargained for so I did a bit of googling and found Boston City Properties. Their website was easy to navigate and had and extensive list of apartments in every part of the city.  We were contacted by Chris Hanly who turned out to be a pleasure to work with.  He knew the city inside and out.  My friend wasn't too sure where to start looking and Chris' knowledge of Boston made everything much easier.  It also took some of the pressure off me!

He put us at the top of his priority list for the weekend my friend was here and did not stop until we found the right place.  Once we found a place I was happy to turn my friend over to Chris in the process of securing the apartment.  Chris made the process smooth and professional.  I would highly recommend working with Boston City Properties, their agents are loyal, honest, and hard working.

Sushi Garden

My husband and I ordered from Sushi Garden via http://foodler.com (a food delivery service). I recently gave birth and haven't had sushi in 10 month so I had a craving. My husband ordered Szechuan Spicy Chicken ($5.95) with Pork Fried Rice; with Chicken Fingers and an order of Lo Mein . I ordered the Kappa Roll (Cucumber Roll)       $2.75 and Sakura Maki  ($9.95) which is Shrimp tempura, avocado topped with salmon, tuna and tobiko.

The food was delivered quickly and hot, however, one part of our order was incorrect. We ordered plain lo mein noodles and got vegetable lo mein. It wasn't the end of the world and we got over it because it was VERY good. Some of the best sushi I've had and my husband was very happy with his meal.

Why did they get 5 stars you ask? Because about an hour later the owner called me and said he realized they made an error on our order and we got the wrong lo mein noodles and told me he would put a note (attached to our phone number) that allows us to get a free lo mein next time we order. Wow!

The location of this restaurant has been so many things in such a short period of time and my husband and I did like the place that it previously was we just didn't like the price.

My husband had the burger with fries and onion rings and I had the witchcraft sandwich (turkey, ham, gouda and dijon). It was a little over $20 for the food and two fountain drinks.

While it was tasty - it was certainly too much food to eat. I ate half the sandwich and could have easily shared it with someone. My suggestion would be to order something and split it.

We'll see if this place makes it. I don't have high hopes only because it is a bit pricey. You can go to a sit-down restaurant with a waiter for what you pay here for two sandwiches.

My family and I were at the outlets and looking for a place for dinner. I looked on the Yelp app on my phone and found this place. It was great. Very cute decor and a nice atmosphere (quiet, relaxing).

We started with the calamari and it was great. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese and holy wow! AMAZING. My husband ordered a hamburger and it was the special that day so it was $8. My dad ordered the lobster roll which he said was flavorful and my mom had the mussels (she said they were the best she'd ever had).

For dessert, you can get a "bite sized" version of anything on the dessert menu for $3.25. The mini's were the perfect size. I had the carrot cake and it's just a little sliver of cake but it was perfect. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied and not like someone had to roll me home.

The service was very good and when in Kittery, I definitely plan to return.

Yum! Went here with a group of friends (none of us had ever been) and it was fantastic! Be prepared to wait a bit. There were 5 of us and we waited 30 minutes for a table. It's also very small and you stand while waiting (like most other breakfast places).

I ordered the two egg breakfast which came with choice of sausage or bacon and pancakes or french toast. They have a variety of flavors in both the pancake and french toast. I ordered the cinnamon raisin french toast and it was amazing.

Other things ordered at the table were the arugula and goat cheese breakfast sandwich and the eggs flo (Spinach, tomato, poached eggs & hollandaise served over English muffin) and the Goatie (Caramelized onion, tomato, mushrooms & goat cheese), We all couldn't get over how delicious the food was. Unique, flavorful, hot and good!

A few reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. The service wasn't great. I realize it's a breakfast place but we didn't get refills on drinks when requested and the food took about 30 minutes to come out. However, I would go back to this place in a second!

I purchased the http://livingsocial.com deal for a wash, cut, blowdry. I had never been to this salon before and I'm desperate to find a new stylist that I can be loyal to :-) I have had some scary experiences (I think a few of them are on yelp!).

When I first walked in, I was a little confused. There wasn't a receptionist so I just took a seat, someone came over a few minutes later to greet me. I then waited a few more minutes and a woman came and said she was going to wash my hair and I could have a seat at the wash station. A few initial observations - this place is very small. VERY small. They are also VERY busy so all the chairs were occupied with stylist behind them making things very tight. There are two wash bowls in the middle of the salon. I sat and waited. It was a little awkward. I almost wish she had just let me wait in the seating area. I had my hair washed - very relaxing and nice and then I had to go back over to the seating area and wait for my stylist..it was only a couple of minutes.

Jess was my stylist and she didn't introduce herself, I only knew her name because when I made the appointment they said it would be with Jess. So needless to say, we were off to a rocky start. I wasn't feeling super welcome or super comfortable. However, once Jess started talking to me and we had a good conversation going, it was very nice. She was very warm and I was happy feeling I was in good hands.

Overall, I was happy with my hair cut. I will be back to see Jess. A few notes about the salon. It was very warm (temperature wise) in there. I was sweating..eww. Also, it's very "swampscott-ish" - meaning the other clients walk around like they own the place and I wouldn't go in there and share "what you heard last night over dinner" because I guarantee someone in there knows someone you are talking about. That would be the only reason I wouldn't go back - which is a shame because I did like my hair, I just didn't necessarily love the environment which is not really the fault of the salon. I'm not sure how you would resolve that..but if you want a good cut I would recommend Jess.
