So glad that The Local is actually a local place for me. I've been on several occasions now and each time I'm never disappointed.
The wine and drinks are great and the food is solid and tasty. Some of the big winners for food so far have been the fried pickles, the chicken dish (it changes) and the steak tips.
The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, but feels better than being at a pub or bar.
I'm looking forward to more attempts at becoming a local at The Local!

Miso soup is chock full of seaweed and bits of tofu. The fish is fresh, the rice is perfect, and the rolls are interesting. They are a bit slow for take-out, but it is totally worth the wait. Some standouts for me: Final 4, Tuna Lover's Roll, and Dynamite roll.
I will definitely be back and plan on being a regular!
