I paid the "membership fee" and then scheduled a ride to the airport the next day.
They were supposed to pick us up at 8:30am to go to the airport. At 8:30 we did not see them so we called the number and were on their on-hold system for 30 minutes. The whole time they never called us to let us know where the driver was.
It was raining and taxis could not take us to the airport. They are unreliable and a total scam. We did not get a call from them either. Just an email with an excuse 6 hours after their no-show.
This caused a lot of stress.
I am in demanding my membership fee back or going through credit card company if I have to because I do not think this service really exists.

From 9 to 17 years old, I grew up at a tennis club and this is what I remember growing up: family-friendly, socially active, tasty food, great clubhouse hangout, and a passionate staff.
None of that exists here but they do have good courts. You either have the winds and rudeness of people using the cracked public courts or the $500 a month to pay for court times, parking, locker, and fees. Not much in between unless you count Golden Gate Park but I know you didn't.
For most people, myself included, it is worth it just to have an active stable of friendly players, leagues, ball machine, pros, a steam room, pro shop, and beers on tap. It is cute to see the members sneak glasses of wine on the courts while they play. The indoor courts have been resurfaced and have a very consistent bounce that do make it hard to play on public courts again. I like the outdoor courts but I have had problems with members poaching courts without appointments and that is a bit awkward. Especially when the staff does not come out and do anything.
They are trying to get younger members and I am meeting a lot of players for both singles and doubles right away at the challenge courts. If you are a member and want to play let me know. If you want to join then ask for Gabriel, he has been cool and less of a hardcore, harassing sales attitude like they had before.
NOTE: I did rejoin since they said their service is much better now that it was 6 years ago. The new owners are making efforts to make things better with new programs, events, shuttles, and a new spa-like remodel. Heck, if they let me, I am going to do my best to improve things so it is more like what I remember growing up. See you on the courts!

Great service, awesome turnaround on stringing and a nice place to hangout and chat about tennis. I am glad they are in the area and I hope they get enough business to stay for a long time.
