Jul 2, 2023We stop by here a lot after work and pizza is some of the best in Palm Beach! I personally like the white pizza, but all of their food is good. The drinks are good too, and the staff and service is always friendly and welcoming!
Almost everything on the menu is excellent, kind of like your favorite New York Pizza pub. They have comfortable booths inside, window seats if you want to be in the air conditioning and seating inside, or outside seating.

Jul 2, 2023The only drawback to this place is that they're so good that it's hard to get in.
The whole staff is so unbelievably friendly and accommodating, and the decor is off the charts! You walk in and it almost feels like you're in a super swank bar or something.
They are all about the comfort and accommodation of their clientele. You won't find better treatment.
Ilana does amazing work for many of my friends and for me too. I really can't say enough good about this place and if you're wanting any sort of aesthetic done, this is definitely the place to go!

Jul 2, 2023The nice place and the weekend we were in town. This was about the only place open. We had gone to places prior and they had to close early, despite what was on Google and yelp.
Yes Place got a 10 in a hurry. send the service was great and the food was really good too. If he was unbeatable.

Jul 2, 2023First to ReviewI love this store, and they always have the friendliest people working in there. They know their customers and they greet you warmly when you come in, and they are always there to help with whatever you need.
I work until 5 o'clock and they have even stayed late to help me before.

Jul 2, 2023I took my puppy there for his first hair cut. I had been a very loyal customer to the store and the sister store before that day.
I left a message that I wanted to bring him in and that it was very important to me that none of his black tip puppy hair was cut off. I further spoke to the owner and told her. Then I re-iterated when I went in again.
I am a good customer. I frequented this place and sent others. I love local businesses.
She took my puppy back and when I picked him up, all of his black tip puppy hair was cut. It doesn't grow back.
Additionally, ONE of his long eyelashes was completely shaved off! This was not a professional looking cut at all.
When I went to pay, in shock honestly hoping the darkness of the store was leading me to see what I didn't want to see, she said my puppy had fleas and that we was (without warning) charging me $15 for that. He had a reaction to flea treatment so I have been trying organic options on him. I never saw any fleas on him but I'm not saying that isn't true - he's very furry so it's possible especially since I can't use chemical flea treatments on him.
I spend probably 100 dollars per week there in her other store, sometimes more, so at this point I was just feeling really unappreciated and hurt.
My bill was upward of $125 ... for a puppy cut.
I would have probably taken time to go back in and talk to her before posting but I really don't understand and I'm still shocked.
Also I purchased a pink Vanderpump bag there a year ago for around $200, and it fell apart. She has said if I bring it in she would exchange it, but she didn't offer for me to return it. I figured I would just keep it to myself because she was a small business person trying to make a go of it and I just kept the poor quality, peeling bag and never used it.
But knowing this, it's even more hurtful that she charged me the flea charge.
It's sad to me because I was so excited to have a new place to go that was in the neighborhood and to recommend it to all my friends and help them be successful.
I'm left just hurt and confused and feeling unappreciated. And my puppy's black tip fur won't ever come back. Luckily, on this breed, his one shaved off eyelash WILL grow back! I apologize for just seeing this review today. We primarily see reviews on Google. At any rate, I'm trying to identify the client as I have text conversations and recall the black tip conversation. Please call me when convenient at 561-855-8375. We would NEVER EVER say a dog had fleas if it didn't. Our flea bath is only $15. Ther groomer would never "shave off" eye lashes. We never even cut them. It hasn't happened in 3.5 years. In regards to the Vanderpump bag, this would to pursue a warranty item and we would be happy to take care of for you. It's not a product that we personally manufacture. We certainly hope your doggie is doing well. Not sure what the darkness of the store means? Again, we would love to chat with you when time permits.
