The Banh mi was pretty good. They're quick.
THEY'RE ANNOYING AS SHIT.
Don't ask me if I'm ready to order 30 seconds after I sit down, and don't ask me again 15 seconds after I tell you that I'll need at least a full minute.
Maybe I would have had a better idea of what I wanted to order if the site wasn't down.
Oh, and the check...that's not supposed to come with the entree, or while everyone in my party is still eating.
I might go back if I was given an apology, or the next time I feel like having a really, really, lengthy solo lunch.

If you're looking for a place where food is going to be the main focus of your meal - give it a shot. The tasting menu is a fantastic deal for the quality of the food, and an incredibly fun experience for anyone interested in this type of cuisine. 3 starters - 2 mains - 2 desserts.
I have much more detail about individual dishes on my site, but to summarize - nearly everything was good, and most dishes were on another level.

"The man responsible for the great food is David Bulman. He's the third Chef to run the kitchen since Bite's opening last February, and according to Danina, the one to keep. Just in case she needs a second opinion, I completely agree. I'm excited to try more of the menu in what I hope to be many return trips.
Great food and a matching atmosphere are making Bite Bistro a not-so-hidden gem right outside of the city. If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend a visit."

I got pulled over on the way home. Tired, distracted, food coma - there was no excuse, I found myself flying down an empty I-5 just trying to make it to my bed. Of course, nothing makes you quite as alert as flashing lights in the rear view. I knew I was going fast, I didn't know I passed an officer at 85+. To make matters worse, my registration was nowhere to be found. After the standard questioning, I knew I was done for.
"Okay Mr. Gibbs, I'm going to call this in - find your registration."
As he walked back to his car, I began to recount the evening in full. The food, the people, the all around amazing experience. I couldn't help but ask myself if the night had been ruined...not even close.

Ambiance (main dining room)- Distant to Georges Modern, behind Blanca as well

"As for a more cuisine focused review, the execution of each dish was up there with the best. With such strong fish and meat based proteins, I would have liked to see a more substantial vegetarian option. The menu struck me as safe, inventive enough to be exciting, but traditional enough to cater to the area's clientele"

There is only a small Japanese sign to mark the whereabouts, and you're likely to pass right by the small Hillcrest storefront unless you know exactly what you're looking for. I was looking for some authentic and quality (as far as my white ass can tell) Japanese cuisine. I'm pretty sure I found it."

5 stars, seriously. Incredibly helpful, I ordered my phone the day before - they had it for me next day. They also do the little things like applying the screen protectors for you.
I didn't even know verizon stores could give additional discounts until I visited these guys. I felt like they went above and beyond, they will be my go-to location.
