Not cool.....if true.
That was my experience with the Bluegrass Sandwich (Chicken and Bacon sandwich) today--but I don't have anything else to confirm it. I get the sandwich all the time (almost 20 times a year) and this is the smallest I've ever had.
Say it ain't so...
Rafferty's please rectify if this is the case....

Big fan of the Big Memphis BBQ Sandwich, although its a bit messy. Their BBQ Bacon Hamburger is also pretty tasty, and not quite the mess.
Service is generally top notch and pretty friendly.
FYI: this was actually the Green Hills Wendy's, but couldn't find that locale on Yelp. Sorry for any trouble.
1) Chicken tenderloin sandwich
2) Meatloaf (Cinnamon apples, Baked Potato, Hashbrown Cassarole--I like my starches...what can I say?!?!??!)
3) Pancakes with cherries and whipped cream on top.
Yum!
I totally missed this place when I lived in DC.
On a side note....why isn't it common practice for the Cracker Barrel wait staff to bring out your rolls and cornbread BEFORE the meal. There isn't a sales reason not to...and everything in customer service says its a good idea. I think it might even cause some to purchase it extra...assuming their meal didn't come with it. I kinda feel odd telling my waitress every single time to please bring them out early. This seems 100% intuitive to me....

Parking is blah--but thats the area. I always grab something on the hill next to the International Market.
(4.5)
Its all about the sauce. Whitts does seem to focus on vinegar based sauces, however whatever sauce I had was more of the sweet variety.
That said, Whitts does a great job of making quality, tasty BBQ.
Wow...and that Wed night family special or sandwhich is prettty sweet. (thanks to Misty for the tip)
PS. I think this address is wrong. It should be Nolensville Rd. Its near Harding Road, but its not Harding Pike to my knowledge.

I wish I had discovered this place earlier. Friendly staff. A real hidden gem. Can't wait to check out its neighbor Baja Burrito.

Ambiance was nice...if a bit frou frou. Prices range from $2-6 for apps and small plates to about $8 for sandwiches to the $20 range for some dishes. Generally in the $8-$12 range for food alone...depending on how much you spend on sushi rolls.
We received pretty decent service and the waiter was quite nice.
I give this place a 4.45
I'm looking to forward to coming back for happy hour to check it out again...

I wish their business and marketing section was a bit bigger, but it was pretty decent. Their philosophy and Christian books sections were both pretty sizable. Also, do expect a used bookstore feel.
Also, the commenter above that said they had the same prices as blockbuster may be half right. I saw a table full of DVDs which were in the $2 range including mainstream hits from A-list celebs.
Easily in my top 3 or 4 places to shop for books in town. Rating: 4.45
