Jan 28, 2024What I loved most is we were able to enjoy dinner with best friends who have celiac, safely! What a joy and relief to be able to have Italian food together. They had pasta, pizza, and bread for them and it just makes my heart so happy. I had a fantastic spicy crab linguini I'm dreaming of today. We will CERTAINLY be back!!!!

Jan 10, 2024I have been coming to Florida annually since I was 8, and this place FAR surpassed my expectations with my 8 &10 year old sons. Constant activities, the staff is incredible, the rooms are SO well stocked for a timeshare owner (transferred from my mom since the early 90s), and honestly amenities far beyond our Universal Studios hotel earlier in the week. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, and it's sensational employees - give them ALL a raise, please! Your staff will make or break it and they're currently slaying it!

Jan 8, 2024I have to give this a 2, because for $500 a night I'd expect FAR superior. We booked in August to surprise our son for his 10th birthday, for one night, and got placed in a room that looks nothing like what the Hard Rock champions online. Also, my son was terrified of a mirror that STILL makes zero sense to the decor. I also ordered balloons from the concierge and they're the wrong colors. It's just so disappointing because I fully prepared myself to love this hotel and dream of returning, but we will return to the Royal Pacific that treated us like celebrities and didn't feel like a Days Inn.
Someone needs to explain the thoughts behind this mirror though because this is absurd.

Dec 7, 2023Updated reviewJigsy's is the absolute best for EVERYTHING! Basic dinner, birthday parties, and the catering is absolutely marvelous. If you've ever been you know, but they offer a Chick Fil J pizza that is always a crowd pleaser, the Stromboli ROCKS, and my personal favorite is their antipasto salad. You can not go wrong with anything on the menu.
This business is family owned and operated and you can tell love goes into every dish. Robin is an incredible owner and human. You will absolutely feel right at home at Jigsys. Not only is their pizza delicious, but their daily specials have me wanting to come back more frequently! One person at our table ordered a pina colada simply because it was the special and she loved it. We had pizza, salads, and wings and everything was delicious. Our family was the only one there early on a Tuesday and the staff was on point, friendly, and quick to make recommendations.
My husband's only complaint is for the chef to put collagen casing pepperoni on the pizza. Y'all could always get it from the Broad Street Market!
Sep 24, 2023First, I absolutely loved the color I left the salon with. It was by far the best I've had potentially in my entire life.
Second and sadly, I also left with the worst cut of my entire life. I specifically requested 2 inches, zero layers, and basic. I left with more than 6 inches chopped in the back, excessive layers, a backwards bob, and still can not put my hair up months later. The front is easily over an inch longer than the back. In addition, I now have to get up 45 minutes earlier for work to style it with the new tool I had to buy. The staff did offer complimentary future cuts to fix this, but I may never cut my hair again after this.
I was extremely clear that I did not have time to style my hair, and when a client says that - LISTEN
