I couldn't find ANYWHERE to get my inspection done after 5pm (I work 9 to 5). I called DMVI and Tim (the nicest guy you'll ever do business with) told me "no problem, I'll wait for you to get here." I sat in rush hour traffic for an hour and a half and finally pulled into the garage.

My car was inspected immediately, professionally, and with such great customer service - I literally won't be going anywhere else to get inspections done.

DMVI is open regular business hours, and by appointment if you call. Apparently they used to be open Saturdays (why doesn't everyone inspect on Saturdays for us working folk???) but I don't think people realized it was around (I know I didn't - I found them on the RMV inspection locator website). I'm sure if you call ahead they will work something out for you though!

Again - It's a little off the beaten path (129 Broadway STREET - not just Broadway - in Wakefield, at the top of Crystal Lake (below Wakefield Lake)... but is totally and completely worth the drive. They even send out reminders when your next inspection is coming up! I know it doesn't seem like a big deal to have a good experience when getting your inspection done, but I was so impressed with my experience that I had to share.

Just epic in every way. A MUST FIND.

Cafe Luna is like my second home.

The staff is so friendly (the owners are almost always there, and are so great), and the paninis and chai lattes are to die for.

It's a great place to sit and relax - I've brought friends after work, and on Saturdays (always packed - live jazz music!) and it's one of the only places I feel really comfortable going when I'm by myself. I never feel rushed or out of place, and when the weather is nice they open the big front windows. :)))

Must-haves:  

Gingerbread Chai Latte
Pompeii Panini
Florence Panini
Copacabana Panini

and their tuna wrap is good too. One of my friends (whose family makes their own apple cider in Vermont) had their hot apple cider and gave his stamp of approval.

I'm a huge huge huge fan of Luna. I could have one cup of their gingerbread chai latte and I really could die happy. It's so sweet, and just perfect. No other flavored chai/chai latte I've had comes even remotely close.

Went here for the first time late on Friday for a friend's birthday. The decor is definitely impressive, and it was a fun stop for us before going to another club to dance.  The downstairs bar is definitely more lounge-y (and more my style), but I would consider going here again.

Haven't had food here, only wine (I think we ordered bread or some small app. because you HAVE to order food: that's why only 4 stars. that and it's a little cramped).  I went here with a friend and, as a relatively inexperienced wine-drinker, I found the staff to be helpful (we sat at the bar) in describing the different wines and I liked that you could choose the amount in the glass.

They do have expensive wines, but I remember having a good sampling for not a lot of money that night. It is possible to have a reasonable (while still unique and classy) experience there. I plan on going back. :)

Expensive, but worth it. I love the wacky decor and the food and drinks are delicious. I don't have anything bad to say about Cuchi.

I usually go for drinks in the beginning of a night out if I'm with a small group. It's a great place to meet friends on a slow night for drinks (they'll let you sit at the tables if it's not busy, usually you have to order food to sit). It's not great for large groups unless you're getting dinner (for the above reason). The hostesses and waitresses are always dressed up so cute, and it just has a great vibe - even the outside is alluring! Definitely a good date spot.

Club Cafe is my favorite gay bar in Boston.

My friends and I come here usually before we go to Rise on friday nights. Every single time I've gone I've had a total blast, and the drinks aren't expensive. Both my gay and straight friends love it, and I plan on many more returns.

You haven't been out in Boston unless you've been to Rise.

It's made for and by people that are committed to dance dance dance until the break of dawn.

Every time I go to Rise I leave completely satisfied - the people that work there are sweethearts too!

2AM - THE NIGHT IS ONLY JUST BEGINNING!

I love middlesex.

It's part of my regular routine, and is always a good time.

I'm there most Thursday nights, I love that the dance floor has a little more space - I like to have a sizable dance bubble.

This weekend was my birthday outing, and for one reason or another I ended up there on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (last night).

Last night was by far the most crowded, but also the latest I've gone there (around 12:30 - waiting in the rain wasn't awesome, and it was super packed, but worth it).  I'm usually a 10:30/11 arrival and leave around 12/12:30 to make another stop.

I love that there are die-hard dancers, and not just the rub-up-on you people - i hate that. I like to cut rugs. Many rugs. All the rugs. The music on each night is different, but always good - the DJs always have a good flow, and (esp. last night) CRANKED OUT THE HITS.

I only get one drink - dirty vodka martini - aways made by the same bartender. it's always phenomonal. (its not more expensive than other places in boston, but any $ is expensive nowadays. $10/martini is slowly breaking my bank, but I'm probably not going to stop any time soon.)

Seriously. middlesex. I'm a die-hard.

Dr. Kropa and all the staff at Kropa Dental are the absolute best. You will not find a better dentist.
