And now we are back! Mango has changed set up - now, the food is in display and you can see it as they serve you. And somehow, with this new arrangement the food is back to being excellent!

UGH! What happened? During my last visits the Jerk Chicken has been dried, the plantains nasty.. the quality all together of this place leaves a lot to ask for.. Why Mango? Why?

I still love the food here - I just wanted to update it that the balcony area is not as big as it used to. They have closed it for the colder weather.

I love this place. It is located couple of blocks from my place and they have the best jerk chicken and ox tail ever!

Their balcony seating is good and always fun. You owe yourself to come here!

This is one of those places that got the latin/asian mix right! The drinks are great and my favorite dish here is the tuna tacos. They taste like pork!!! I swear!

I recommend to come here for Happy Hour - great deals on food and drinks.

Went here with couple of friends for dinner. It was our first time at the place, so we ordered a little bit of everything: tuna spicy rolls, pork belly rolls, the grilled octopus, the duck sausage and the chicken meatball among other things.

Overall everything was delicious - done perfectly! Cant wait to come back!

So... here you will find overpriced American food from one of those National chains - however, I cant help but be a fan of the place. I have not had a meal that has not been good here.

The chicken is always juicy, and so is the steak. The mashed potatoes are delicious, and I love the carrots on butter.

What I must have every time I come here is the house salad, I am not sure what makes it so amazing.. the amazing croutons? The caramelized almonds? The goat cheese? Who cares! I ordered it every time!

I got to eat lunch!!! I ordered the gumbo and the arm dip. The gumbo was delicious!!! This is going to be my go-to soup this winter, and the arm dip was juicy and perfect!

And in a sea of overpriced Arlington restaurants, it is nice to see a well priced menu!

Got a bit too excited... I went there the day they opened, but by the time I got there they had stopped serving lunch. I had some co-workers who were there waiting for their food... and their wait was up to over 20 minutes. They are still getting things together, and they are being very polite and informative about the situation.

I got to try their beignets... good taste though a bit doughie. the menu looked good, and I cant wait to their sandwiches.

First of all, the terrace is ok - but not amazing. I had the salmon pasta that was ok - but my friend who ordered the Chicken Ceasar Salad - she said that it was the worse salad she has ever had. How do you screw up a Ceasar salad that way? I have no idea!

This is Silver Spring's gem! Fantastic high quality food - splendid flavors with every bite. I love to eat at a place where you know the chef is proud of what he is serving. had the duck on lentils that was great, but my friend's Lavender chicken was just amazing! I regretted not ever ordering chicken at a restaurant, because this one is absolutely worthy.

I also had some pork croquettes that were wonderful.

Take advantage of their Happy Hour prices - and Monday's half wine bottle!

Arrived around 5:30 pm on a Sunday without reservations. They strategically sat us right by the kitchen bar where we could see the food getting prepared. And I say this was a strategic location because we ended up ordering like 8 dishes between just the two of us because everything looked so delicious the way they were making it!

Everything is cooked as it is being ordered. I loved everything we ordered:
* Manchego cheese
* Beet & goat cheese montadito
* Sauteed Shrimp
* Grilled Octopus
* Veal Sweetbread
* Baby Chorizos and Crispy potatoes
* Grilled Scallions
* Sauteed Pea Shoots

I was in town for a party, and needed a quick place to have lunch. So, I came here and ate at the bar.

I had the onion soup that was ok, and then I had the Hanger Steak Frites. The Steak was a bit overcooked, and the fries were definitely good. I enjoyed the service as well. Overall an ok experience.

I came here for Restaurant Week. At first i was impressed by the amount of choices available - so, i was excited to start.

For appetizers, I ordered the stuffed peppers and my boyfriend got the scallops. He was incredibly dissapointed with his, I liked mine.

Main course, I had the milhojas of pork and cheddar, and he has the salmon. He hated his dish, the salmon was overcooked and just in general it had no flavor. My dish wasnt bad, however, I thought it would be something more intersting that couple of pork fillets with cheddar cheese melted on top.

Dessert, I got the strawberries with whipped cream - that you would imagine to be a straightforward choice. The dish has ONE strawberry, and a scoop of ice cream on top of this nasty jello type thing. I returned that to the chicken, and they brought me the flan which was way better.

Overall, both of us were dissapointed by the experience. All our dishes lacked salt - and in general the strong taste that Spanish food usually has.
