Shawn and Kerry were great and very reasonably priced.  They work with the Boxford Fire Department so I felt like someone who actually had experience (versus just a license) was cleaning and inspecting my chimney.  They were both patient in answering all of our questions.  I would highly recommend them!

We too worked with Rich and in addition to Jen's review, all I can say is that Rich (and Dave) are the most patient people on earth!  We met Rich in May of 2008 and bought a house in October, 2009.  Yes, that's right.  It took us more than a year to find our perfect house and Rich and Dave hung in there with us all the way.

Now, if you are a not familiar with how Buyers Broker Only works you may think that a year and half to find a house must mean bad Realtors.  Absolutely not the case!  While we were picky buyers (full disclosure on that), Buyers Brokers Only has a different methodology.  They do not find houses for you.  Sure, Rich would email us houses now and again, but you find the houses you want to look at.  No Realtor trying to get you to look at something that doesn't meet your needs or is outside of your price range to get you to "buy up".  Their website has the MLS listings for MA and NH and all the info we needed to house hunt.  It even has the open house listings!

What Rich and Dave bring to the table is a deep knowledge and experience with the real estate market, offer strategy, and research, research, research!

I would highly recommend Buyers Brokers Only  - they are top notch and absolutely Realtors you can trust.  Special bonus: they are funny as hell!

P.S. No stars deducted for Rich being a Yankees fan! :)

I HEART GLOW GOLF.

Embarrassing to admit, but I've been here more than once.  The course has a pirate/sea theme and on Friday and Saturday nights they have glow golf.  It's total cheese and I love it.

Hodgies 2 is across the street (just make sure you finish your golf before H2 closes!)  Lena's Seafood is next door.  It's a whole Salisbury date night within walking distance!  (If only somebody had booze...)

If you keep your scorecard, one person pays half price on your next visit.  Better than nothing and in Salisbury, the land of a million mini golf courses, it is differentiator.

There is a new batting cage but haven't tried it out yet.

Yeah, I'll see you there.  You secretly heart glow golf too.

One of many mini-golf places in the area.  They serve ice cream at this one.  Not sure that is a differentiator, but it's something.

Holy Moly that is a big ice cream.  You are going to want to order half a kiddie.  Not kidding.

Thinking of the Coffee Cookies and Cream makes me wish H2 was still open.  (Closed for the Season).

What a great spot!

Nice to see a company doing something so positive for the environment.

There are two main walkways.  One goes out into the channel.  You can see lots of different fish and manatees swimming by.  I would say this is where the action is.  We saw several rays jump up of the water.

The second walkway goes back around by the road.  This is the warmest water where the manatees hang out.  At low tide we were probably 10-12 feet off the water and there were literally hundreds of manatees.  I've never seen anything like it!

This place is as good for kids as it is for adults.  TECO did a nice job and it is definitely worth a visit.

Did I mention it is free?  Awesome!

It was OK.

While the cocktails were yum-my they were expensivo.  I had the Cucumber Cosmopolitan and the Liquid Jailtime.  The Liquid Jailtime was especially unique and different.

We just met for drinks and this place is small.  Don't think you're going to roll in here with your crew.  There's no place to put your crew.

The menu look good but a little on the pricey side as well.  If you are going to all out with $30 entrees, you got a lot to stand behind.

Given the small space, I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to go here, but if it is just 2-3 of you, stop in and over pay for a drink.  You can say you've been.

Now that is some damn good ice cream.

The fried seafood is fresh, the plates are huge and it does feel like something out of the 50ies/60ies.

A great place to stop on your way up to the Lakes Region.

Only open in the summer.

Update - 1/5/2009
For my update, I still stand by my review, but want to tell Yelpers to check out the website before you go.  They often have special deals that if you print out something online before hand - you can get a better deal.

For every two entrees we ordered, we got a $10 gas card!

What's not to love about the Comman Man?

Fabulous food.  Delish desserts.  Country Comfort Decor.  Free cheese and crackers while you wait.  GREAT prices.

The Common Man in Windham is no different.  Definitely one to keep on the stand by list when you need a good solid meal without breaking the bank.

We had the rainbow trout, the salmon special and the mud pie.  Yum.

    We'll definitely go back.

We went for the tour and lunch.

Love that the tour is more about the beer and less about the tour.  Let's be honest, you can only take so many brewery tours.  We're all there for the beer anyway.

Tours are $1 and you get a lovely little take home glass.

The restaurant is good as well.   All the menu items are paired with one of their beers.  The portions were plentiful and the service terrible.  Don't go when you are in a hurry.

Would be a great day trip for the Boston crowd.
