Really cool place. There's a line outside, and you can't really see the front door.

We didn't wait that long in line, and the bouncer was really cool. We had a good time getting in. They have a camera filming people trying to find the front door, since it's kind of disguised, and people watch inside as some can't find their way in. Pretty funny.

Really cool atmosphere, tasty drinks, good music. It's a little over priced, but was a cool experience.

The stars are for the hostess (young girl, short dark hair) and the view. Both great. :)

Food and service? Sorry, no stars for you...

So my fiance and I went there this morning for a brunch, since this place was nominated as one of the best Breakfasts in San Diego we though it would be a good find.

We found it on Yelp, and thought that the reviews looked okay. We also noticed that there was a Yelp Discount for checking in, 20% off. We thought, cool, no brainer.

Walking in, the place is cool, pretty trendy and has a nice view. We're easy, I sit down and ask the waitress about the Yelp coupon code. She tells me to go to the main lobby to redeem it. The restaurant is on the 4th floor, so I leave my fiance and head down to the main lobby. The guy at the front desk says I need to go redeem it at the restaurant. Okay.... So I go back up and ask the waitress about it again. She has no clue. I give up, fine no 20% discount, let's move on this is too much work.

So I order the breakfast burrito, which was so so. Nothing to write home about, but not bad.

My fiance orders their french toast. Poor thing, she didn't know what she was in for. If you order their french toast, know this: they dump a can of caramel on top, and the french toast is not really toast. It's this little loaf of bread and not what you thought it would be.

It would be good as a desert, but man! That's not breakfast.

Then there were little things like:

- we never had top offs on our coffee
- the manager came and was confused about our discount
- the waitress created this confusion because she thought we had a free breakfast coupon when I told her it was 20% off.
- they never cleared our dirty dishes

If you're going to put a 20% coupon on Yelp for your business, let your staff know about it! No one had a clue.

Well, maybe we'll go back one day for happy hour or something, maybe not.

What an awesome find! Walking in, the atmosphere is intense, but in a good way. Not overdone. I took my fiance there for Valentine's dinner, and we had a blast.

First off, we ordered a round a Margaritas that were amazing! Some of the best Margaritas we've had!

Then the waiter, is not only very cordial, but he knows his stuff. Had some cool tricks up his sleeve, including an iPad with photos of the dishes we asked about.

We then had a delicious appetizer, "Estructura de Aguacate". Unreal! Just order it and be surprised.

For the main course, she ordered the "Lomo de Urtiaga", the white bass filet encrusted in goodness, over a delicious sauce with mashed potatoes and veggies.

I had the "Placer Poblano", and wow!!! The filet was cooked to perfection (medium), with an amazing mozzarella stuffed jalapeno, yummy sauce, mashed potatoes and one of my new favorite things, tacloyos.

Just awesome! It's pricy but very worth it, will definitely return there in the future!

I went to the Shout House for the first time last weekend, and it was a blast.

Sure, I waited for 20+ minutes outside, under light drizzle, BUT it was totally worth it.

I do think it makes a difference to go there with a group, it's the kind of place that you can have a lot of fun, but it might be a different experience if you're by yourself, or on a date or something.

Don't expect amazing pianists playing rock n' roll all night long. They are more like comedians who are also very talented musicians. During the night, there were definitely a couple of guys that were funnier then the other ones who rotated in later on.

They also have the servers do a little number, which can be hilarious. Our server sang "Ice Ice Baby", the other guy did "single ladies" and wore a tutu over his clothes, pretty funny stuff.

They have a "Big Ass Beer" if you feel like getting drunk on Budweiser and not spending a ton of money. Plus you get to keep the cup :)

Go there with a group and you'll have a good time. Be prepared to stand in line.

I had the Spare Ribs last night. Oooof.. Where do I begin?

Quantity: If you're one of those people who appreciate a hefty plate, and enjoy chowing down on something that looks too big for your stomach, you will not be disappointed!

Quality: The BBQ sauce they use is very tasty, and the meat is well smoked. I have had the Pulled Chicken BBQ, Pulled Pork BBQ, Babyback Ribs and Spare Ribs. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed each one of them, and will keep trying different menu items each time I go there. I have a suspicion that all of their items will be great.

Oh, and you will be messy, but don't worry, they have paper towels right on the table and stainless steal sinks next to the front door. It's a cool place.

The owner, Brett, and co-owner, Bruce, are always working there (at least every time I've been there one of them is there). They're both good guys, happy to see you there, and fun to talk to.

I gotta say, the customer service is good for having high school students behind the counter. It could be A LOT worse. Also, it's a perfect "after the movies" place to go grab a sweet, somewhat healthier, treat. :)

I like Golden Spoon's frozen yogurt because it actually tastes good. There a so many frozen yogurt places now that just taste bad, like a little bit sour (I'm not talking about the Tart froyos, I like them!).

Anyway, go there after the movies... "It's the best bro" :)

Finally made some time to try Curry & More. I had the Lamb Roganjosh and an order of samosas.

After a couple of bites of the samosas I tried the little green sauce with it and it was delicious!

Then the main course.. Lamb Roganjosh.. Man that is the dish to have there. It was awesome.

Afterward, the owner showed us the kitchen and explained some of the cooking process, which was really cool and something I wish happened more often in restaurants such as this.

Good food, good people, I'll definitely be back for more.

This is a waaaay cool, local coffee stand. The girls that work there (I've been going almost daily and only see girls) are very friendly.

The coffee is addictive, well all coffee is addictive, but this one is very good. I get a medium cup of their dark roast, black.

Stop by and get yourself a nice morning drink! I highly recommend it.

This place looks a lot better than what it actually is.

I went there for the first time this Saturday. The food was marginal, really not up to par for Southern California. Kinda bland, just "Meh"...

The service was bad. The girl who helped us seemed like we were aggravating her by just being there. The order was messed up, she never checked on us so we were parched without drinks.

Even the chairs (outside) were uncomfortable. Sheesh!

I may give it another chance some day, but it will take someone buying me lunch :P

I tool my girlfriend there for Valentine's day last weekend and it was a great place to go. It was pricey, but we both felt like the food lived up to what we were looking for.

I had their "Aragosta alla Diavola", and it delicious. The pasta had a great spicy taste and the seafood well cooked. My girlfriend had a risotto special which was also very tasty.

Dinner for two, with pre dinner cocktails, appetizers, main course, desert and a couple of cappuccinos. Won't go back for a while since I'm not into spending $150+ for one meal, but it was a special Valentine's dinner.

Also, their service was great!!
