I have to admit that upon entering the restaurant, the smell of seafood on carpet floods the nostrils and if you're not prepared for it, it makes for a less of an appetite feeling.

I went with the calamari appetizer and the Summer Picnic Salad. It really isn't that hard to get those two wrong but they were average. I mean, I won't go there again just to have a salad that I can have anywhere else. Nothing stood out except the desserts!

Huge desserts in terms of portion. Great all American taste.

Boston Cooler FTW! It is a mixed combo 1 part Vernors (a Ginger ale of sorts) & 1 part Vanilla Shake.  I had the Q.P. Works Burger + mushrooms, olives, bacon, cheese and some frings. Expecting a burger that beats Cali's In-N-Out, I'd classify it as " The burger of the Midwest". I'm satisfied as the ingridients are fresh and juicy. A must while in Flint.

Their slogan reads, "7 Days Without A Halo Burger...Makes One Weak!"

While waiting for my car wash, my girlfriend and I headed here for a quick bite.  I have to say I was impressed with their friendliness, Rubio's type ambiance, and the food overall!  This was the first time in that little catty corner of 4S Ranch and will definitely go back.

We ordered Carne Asada fries which I've been raving about since.  Putting it simply, they ran out, grabbed a bucket of McDonald's french fries, and put on their juicy meat, guac, sour cream and cheese.  I have to say that I was a little disappointed on the portion of guac and sour cream, but I guess we're all suffering a little these days.

We also the ordered the regular sized breakfast burrito which was basically eggs, and bacon, maybe cheese but I forget at the moment and that was great.  If you like bacon, they don't go cheap and put about half the pack!

I have yet to try the California Burritos, but I hear they are to die for.

Pho in San Diego is abundant.  This is one particular place that you will see every type of personality eat at because it's just one of the best!  The prices have gone up since the last time I've eaten there, but quick is their motto.  You're usually seated right off the bat, situated with water and menus and then the time from order to food is less than 5 minutes.

When you come here, the food you get will always be consistent in taste, presentation and quickness.  I can say though that some of my Vietnamese friends prefer other places, but when "in-need" they just come here.

If I had a friend / colleague that hadn't even been to or had Pho before, this just might be the place to give them the taste.  If they are an avid coffee drinker, order up some Vietnamese Iced Coffee but make sure you have enough time to windown from the caffeinated high.  Also, a great appetizer is the egg rolls.  Wrap them up in romaine lettuce, dip them in their sauce, and it's a great way to start the night out!  Then for Pho, their your friend is a little weary to start out, then just get the beef broth with rare steak or give him the broth with meat balls.  Don't go all the way with the gourmet - everything but the cow.

Although, be warned, when you walk out of the restaurant, you end up smelling like Pho so don't bring in your thick wool coats, sweaters or jackets, because that smell will transplant to your room and closet!

The maids are awesome!  They clean up really well and the room itself is great which contains a safe, a large LCD television, nice queen beds, and comfortable sheets.

THERE IS NO FAN IN THE BATHROOMS!!!  What the heck?!  The shampoo, conditioner and lotions don't have a good smell at all and suck really.  The soap isn't pleasant either, but they do leave a little bottle of Axe body spray that you can use for the former reason.

The renovations are awesome but the pool is something out of a motel.  It doesn't evoke a social community experience like the other hotel pools in Vegas, you can't bring in your own booze (but I can't guess you can't to any other ones either) and it's not nearly as nice.  The setup is a little off and the bars are a walk from the pools.

Placing our bets took a little while as they were greatly understaffed.  Their NCAA setup was great, but definitely still lacks a lot more planning.  I would stay here again, but I would have to check out all the other hotels and pools before hand.

I had a typical sandwich but I can't say that I remember exactly.  The lines are long in the morning, during lunch and of course during dinner.  You can expect a Quiznos type experience and all for the low price of about $7.00 or so.  It's a great place to walk into breakfast as you come off your drunken winning streak from the $10 craps table.

In 4 days, I went here twice.  It's easy, convenient for those that stay that Planet Hollywood, and it's a satisfying experience.  Check it out!

If you need a quick dessert to bring to a party, call in an order of Loundres (layered sponge cake), and for $10 you're set.  They have multiple flavors such as mango, ube (taro root), mocha (my favorite) and vanilla.

Their selection of food is a little slim, but it isn't where you won't be satisfied if you walked in for a quick filipino meal.  It's definitely a good place to pick up a pack of pan de sal and or anything else random you might choose.

I can't say that the new store is all that much better.  I ate there on a Friday and I hate to compare, but when there's a better place in the neighboring Vons shopping center, you have to step it up a little bit.  I was disappointed with the Egged Egg Plant and the Okoi is just a little too greasy.

You have to love the turon and that's what bumped it up an extra star.  I may be a little harsh, but I just wasn't feeling a return visit in the near future.

I'm eaten here now three or four times more since the last review and have had the chance to try the Tub O'Tuna and the Chicken Club both of which I highly recommend.  Coupled with a bag of Jalapeno Chips, it makes for a perfect pairing.  All in all, each time I dine there, I walk away feeling great, satisfied and content.  I'm going to have to dine there again soon!

Board and Brew surprised me by the variety of selections.  I was definitely overwhelmed but one sandwich in particular caught my eye.  I wasn't feeling the "meats" that day and ordered the Vegi Supreme: just look at the picture to see what it contains at http://www.elijah...

The price is outstanding especially for that area.  It definitely does add to the feeling of being a great value.  If you thought Subway's $5 footlong was great, this is a better treat with their fresher ingredients, warm bread and generous portions.

Service was prompt but seating can be hard during rush hours.  I'd recommend coming around during late lunch, taking your meal out to 15h street finding a nice patch of grass or a bench and enjoy the beach.

I'm have to admit that they did an awesome job on the collar of my shirt killing all and leaving no stains to be seen.  I'm still a little miffed by the fact that it varies when I get the uniform price or the regular price.  How can you differentiate the uniform shirt when regular shirts also have an epaulet shoulder board flap.

I've definitely experienced better.  There's quite a few in the area that does dry cleaning better and less expensive than Julie's.  The promised me my clothes one day, and because of their internal miscommunication, I missed my flight and had to wait till the next day.  Yes, I have extra shirts and pants, but it's the fact at hand.

They did call to notify me that my clothes will be ready the next day so that's why the 2 stars.  I haven't had a dry cleaning categorize uniform shirt vs. non since forever.  I'm a pilot so I have two extra piece on my shoulders for my epaulets, but there are regular shirts with these too and they aren't more expensive!  Uniform...go figure.
