I called the office Mid October to schedule my husband, A NEW PATIENT, for the first available morning appointment which wasn't till a month out. The lady on the phone took a while but collected my husband's info from me and also asked for a good email address where she could send the new patient forms to be filled out prior to his appointment. I called the office the day before the appointment to confirm my husband's appointment and after being put on hold multiple times I was told that not only does he NOT have an appointment scheduled, but he doesn't even exist in their system. I was livid. I was told that they have a full schedule that day and that he couldn't be seen. My husband had already cleared his work schedule from a month before to make himself available for this appointment. I expressed that this was unprofessional and was told that the office manager would contact me in 15 minutes. 2 hours go by and I call the office again only to be put on hold. Julie, the office manager, picks up the line and starts to scold me on my tone and behavior towards the staff. There was no apology for their mistake and ZERO accommodation for a potential new patient entering their practice. I was told that this was not a good fit and that I should find another office to go to. WOW so much for customer service or LACK THEREOF!! Stay away from this office. I'm not sure how the dr is but if he deals with the staff I dealt with a couple of days ago then that's a tell of his character as well!

I don't even know where to begin. Dr. Mor is a phenomenal, patient and knowledgable doctor. Dr. Mor and his team helped my husband and I become pregnant twice through IVF and we now have 2 beautiful girls. I had lost all hope with a previously failed round of IVF with another fertility specialist especially when told I could not use my own eggs and had to look for a donor. Dr. Mor sat with my husband and I and reassured us that we will be able to have our own biological children. He is down to earth, calm and everything you look for in a doctor given the sensitivity of this situation. Thank you Dr. Mor

Worst customer service.!! They don't answer the phone during business hours and they don't return any phone calls. I've been calling them for over a week now leaving multiple messages and I still have not heard back. I only want to get my dogs vaccine records!!

One star too many for this OVERPRICED CLEANERS. I dropped off my husband's suit to be dry cleaned and when picking up I was given a bill $28+ FOR DRY CLEANING. Was it washed with gold. The most I've ever paid was anywhere between $13-15 for dry cleaning. $28 is an outrage.
