I recently switched from Windows to Mac, purchased from the excellent team at the store in downtown Chicago (don't talk to me about the parking there, though). I bought AppleCare for my Imac, but they're only available until 8PM, and I'm often at work until after that time. Also, I need training, and they're more for troubleshooting, software repair, just on the Mac, I still have my Windows laptop, need to connect them together. I thought about buying Procare, but I don't want to have to go back to the Applestore, it's a nightmare, especially anytime around the holidays. So this brings me to Ondecktech, who I found by Googling "mac help".
For about $200/year, plus a startup fee of about $100, they have come out to my house twice already, both times on the weekend at my convenience (ok, they were late by 35 minutes once). They've now moved to unlimited support, which I'm delighted by. Available 24x7 (they really have team members at their desks all the time, evenings, and weekends) I can call them, or iChat AV with them anytime at ondecktech@mac.com, as often as I want, without extra charge.
My Mac and Windows computers both now print to my old printer. Best of all, they're bunch of sweethearts.

Other than the Brau Haus, there's no crispy duck in the city that compares to that made regularly, than the succulent duck made at Le Bouchon.
I especially like the heat they've installed in the front windows, which makes every table a warm table. Cozy and delicious!
