Atmosphere is amazing.
Banquet and service staff are excellent, as well as the facilities guys. So wonderful, helpful and attentive.
Food is pretty good, bar selection is great. REALLY fun place for a party.

Made a reservation in AUGUST for this hotel during a conference week. When I arrived to check in (after a 14 hour work day), they informed me they'd moved me to a hotel 10 miles away because they were sold out that evening... so my reservation got bumped because they oversold their rooms?
They gave me two free nights at the hotel 10 miles away, which saves my company money, but does nothing but add hours and inconvenience to my already stressful business trip. Oh! and to get me to that hotel, the $10 cab voucher they give me is supposed to get me 10 miles in LA traffic.
I usually LOVE the Westin, but from here on out -- I'll stay somewhere else. I'm completely disappointed in them.

BWW has good wings but they aren't cheap. My favorite sauces are spicy garlic and medium.
Happy hour prices on beers are great, but they won't sell a pint of Stella, only a tall. Isn't that kinda strange?
Dress department is pretty great, large selection, all styles and age groups.

The house red wine is nasty, stay away. Chicken Marsala and manacotti were great. The rigatoni and linguini puncanesta were bland.

the made to order guac is always fun. the spicy isn't THAT spicy though.
pork tacos are pretty good, the fresh tortillas rock. the chicken tortilla pie got good reviews from my colleagues too.
