I've seriously never used soap that feels this good on my skin or is such a delight to the senses. I was lucky enough to try out one of their specialty soaps that they made around the holidays, it was called "Winter Wonderland"... and boy was it! The smell was amazing... and even more so knowing it was all natural scents made from pure essential oils, minerals and herbs. No gross toxic perfumes here, just pure fresh scent. My bathroom smelled like the holidays (in a good way!) for weeks, and the great scent transferred to my skin as well.
I have very sensitive skin that gets both dry (flakey) and oily (breakouts) at the same time, and most bar soaps that I've tried which smell nice cause both those conditions to act up, even the natural ones I've bought at Whole Foods. Not so with this soap from Strawberry Hedgehog, my skin loved it... even my face!
I also got to try a small sample of their natural lavender scented bath salts which were great as well. It made for a very soothing bath and the aromatherepy benefits from the heavenly lavender scent really helped me relax. My aforementioned usually angry skin really loved soaking in this stuff as well.
If you are someone who cares about the environment and animals yet still likes to pamper yourself with luxurious products, you're going to love this company. I have only tried the soap and the salts so far but I can imagine that if these products are so well-made and enjoyable, all the other stuff they sell must be just as nice. All the products are free of parabens, sulfates, petroleum, animal by-products or anything synthetic. Even their packaging is %100 percent recyclable and reusable.
I love supporting this independent company and once you give their goodies a try, you will too!
