I want to say, that I'm very picky about my theater. If anything brings me out of the moment, it is hard for me to stay involved. And that being said, I usually tune out at the mere mention of God or Jesus. Somehow this show was able to bring religion into a serious topic without alienating half the audience.
We ordered quite a few things but my favorites were definitely the Chicken Curry Korma and The Goat Karahi and the Nann of course. :) And you can't beat the price. I think the majority of items on the menu are about $6.
It is a simple, serve yourself, kind of place. You order at the counter, they give you a number and they bring you the food when it is ready. They also have some free Chai (good for cutting the spiciness of the food) as well as a selection of veggies while you are waiting, including onions and cucumbers that you can season with spices and sauces. You pick up your plates, utensils, and water yourself, and they will clean up everything when you are done.

By now I have been here a few times and I can recommend anything and everything off of their menu. The Monster Slice is kind of a fun idea. Instead of making a pizza and selling each slice separately, they make a personal pizza the size and shape of a large pizza slice. This give you the option to get whatever you want on the slice and you can enjoy even more of the crust. Their burgers are also large juicy and delicious, and I would highly recommend the garlic potato wedges...yum!
Like a previous yelper wrote, this place is clean, with plenty of seating an the wait staff is friendly and helpful. There is so much extra room that I could sit and read my book at one side of the restaurant and not be bothered by the rowdy fans watching the football game upstairs or the open kitchen at the other end of room.
I hope they are here for a while, cause I will drive all the way to Santa Cruz just for this store.

I was going to give this place four stars, but there were a few things that just didn't seem right to me. When you walk in they don't automatically sit you if your whole party is not already there. This would be fine if they had a decent place to wait, but you are stuck standing in the way of the front door. Also, non of the wait staff bothered to tell me there was a sign in chalk board that they seat you by. So even though I had been standing there for about 5 min (and no one bothered to even make eye contact with me) someone else walking in, signed in their name and was seated before me.
In all I would definitely return here for the food. I would just meet up with my group ahead of time and all come in together.
After a very lovely meal we retired to the bar area for an Irish coffee. We ended up chatting with the bartender and whoever was at the bar until all hours of the morning. Everyone was so friendly. Sometimes talking to people at a bar can be awkward and uncomfortable, but everyone we chatted with here was easy going, friendly, and fun. Before we realized it, it was closing time and we had to head home.
In a sleepy town like Belmont, it is nice to have a place that is willing to relax and have some fun. This place may be a snazzy Italian restaurant during the day, but at night it turns into a small club. Start out with dinner, move on to some fun music, drinks and dancing and you got yourself a fun night out!
I have to also say thank you to this place for holding a very nice New Years Eve party. Some friends and I walked down here for dancing and the countdown and it was a perfect way to ring in the new year! (yummy champagne too!)

I have to admit that I only ever order one thing here, the Chicken Shawirma! I'm not usually the kind of person to order the same thing every time, but it is so good. And honestly, there are some days where I just crave one of their flavorful shawirma wraps. It is the perfect meal on the go, and on a nice day it is fantastic to sit on the corner, watch the world go by and enjoy some really yummy food.

This is a European cafe on the streets of San Francisco.
It can't get much better than this. A small cafe, with plenty of table space, wireless internet, fantastic ambiance, beer, wine, fresh food and delicious coffee! Ok, yeah, that was a long list, but it is not an exaggeration, they have everything! I ordered a hummus, tomato, cucumber and sprout sandwich with a cup of coffee. They are very generous with their coffee and the open faced sandwich was made with fresh ingredients. I would definitely come back here again!
Date
The meal was delicious! I highly recommend the Spicy Basil Chicken! I couldn't stop eating it and I completely cleaned my plate. I also recommend the Jasmin tea. The tea was particularly good, come to find out they mix the Jasmin with some Thai Tea and it gives it a yummy almost vanilla flavor. For appetizers I recommend the curry puffs and fresh spring rolls. For those of you who like vegetarian spring rolls, try these with a small hint of mango! mmmm
I would definitely come here again.
