Joseph has created an amazing menu with the panini sandwiches. The coffee is great and it's from a local roaster. Certainly the best coffee that's available in Elmira!
I just had the opportunity to eat at Louies last night. I never knew that food could taste this good! The service was great and the atmosphere was very casual. Everyone at our table had something in their glass at any given time, which shows that the staff is very customer service oriented. The food was amazing and I hope to get the chance to eat here again. Highly recommend!
I've been eating regularly at Barb's since I moved to Elmira in 2005. The food is always superb and the service is great. The only downside is the lack of seating when it gets really busy. Having breakfast available on Sundays is nice, since there are not too many good places to get breakfast around town.
