Best bottled beer selection in Austin
Amazing aracade games you won't find anywhere else
Great pinball games (although some are on their last leg)
No d-bag patrons
Jimmy is awesome if he gets to know  you...

If you want to have a good time at this place treat it more like you're visiting his apartment and you dont know him. Be respectful of his fridge, his dogs, etc. Just because its a bar doesnt mean the bartender is at your command. He can and will refuse you service if he feels. Just like you would ask someone to leave your house if they were there and you didn't want them to be.

Bottom line, one of the best dive bars in Austin.

By far the #1 running shop in Austin. The staff at this shop is extremely knowledgeable in all things running, patient, and most importantly, committed to helping you run in any way, shape, or form!

"Customer Service" seems like such a call center word for what I am trying to express about HCRC. The patrons who walk in are seen as fellow runners and friends rather than customers. If you're even thinking about buying new running shoes be sure to check out HCRC. Try on everything they bring you, run in it, and if you like something you try.. buy it!

Kudos to a great friendly store with a solid foundation, check it out!

I frequent two bars more than any other place when I want a cold beer. G&S Lounge and Deep Eddy's Cabaret. I'm no stranger to dive bars and also understand that being a dive bar does not go hand in hand with having rude staff.

The staff at Donn's Depot was by far the most disrespectful, absurd, and outright rude people I have ever given money to. We brought in a group of nearly 30 people on Friday night to catch up since many were in from all over the country and wanted to go to an "Austin" bar. The bar staff made it seem like it was a hassle to serve all of us (as if they were giving beer away for free).

In addition, the doorman who was charging $3 (totally reasonable to watch a live band) was by far the worst. Half of the time he was talking to regulars and not checking id cards. When someone walked past him because of his lack of attention, he rudely grabbed them like missing 5 year olds and yanked them back to the front door and demanded an id. I have never been to a 21+ place that charges a cover and does not stamp your  hand to prove you paid. When I walked my girlfriend out to help her hail a cab and then tried to go back in after only 5 minutes, the doorman refused to let me in because he claimed I had not paid. When I told him I was just walking my girlfriend out he replied "well you didn't tell me".

Essentially, his lack of attention and preparation made it an enormous hassle for people coming in and out of the restaurant. Correct me if I'm wrong but there isn't any in & out policy at Donn's Depot.

Save your time and your money, check out Deep Eddy's Cabaret.
