Every time I've called to try & book my appointment so far, I've been on hold for over 15 minutes, then the system sends me to voicemail. Call back again to try to get someone live, same thing.
When I finally did get through the first available appointment was over 2 weeks out. Are you serious? How can people get better & come in twice a week (as recommended by doctor) if they're this overbooked?
My paperwork also hadn't been faxed down from my doctor yet (upstairs), but they did not let me make my appointment without them having the paperwork in their hands first, which they should have been able to call upstairs for. The folks down here should be familiar with the doctor's who are literally in the same building as them & be able to collect the appropriate paperwork on behalf of patients.
I'm not looking forward to my 1st session after this, and will definitely be looking into other places I can go for PT unless the session blows me away.
I love so many other things about CPMC (all my doctor's are here), so am disappointed this has been my experience with the PT center so far...
