When I first came here I was so in love with their food! The sushi is so wonderful here. They have such different rolls and their fish is REALLY fresh! But I recently went there on my birthday in September, and the service was AWEFUL!!!!! My dad ordered a terriyaki chicken roll with soy paper and avocado instead of cucumber. The kid brought us the basic chicken roll, dry with seaweed and cucumber. Then when we sent it back, the woman we talked to sighed loudly and got impatient. Then my roll took 45 minutes to come out! The total wait time for ALL our food was well over an hour. Then we had to repeadetly ask for water and more tea! I will probably go back because the food is unbeatable, but not for awhile because of the poor service!

I really like the size of the store and sometimes the selection is great, but as far as the staff goes! Not so much! I went there a couple weeks ago and it was around 10pm when I got into a line to check out. I stood in that line for about 25 minutes to then get up to the counter and have all of my stuff out for the girl to ring up, for her to turn her light off and say "Im off, you have to get into another line!!!" I was in disbelief that I had waited patiently and for her to do that to me. I then went and stood in another line for a little over 30minutes, yes my total waiting time was over 50 minutes! I went to find a manager, which she was at the jewelry diplay case, and I had to wait to speak with her because she was talking to another employee. Once she was done chatting with the other employee, she then said sarcastically, " What can I help you with?" I then proceeded to tell her the incidence that had happened on lane 13, and she claimed that the girl was new and that she was indeed off at 10:30pm! I then told her that I understand that, but she should have turned her light off and let all the people know who were standing in line that she was not going to take anymore customers after a certain person. But she did not do that, and that was VERY rude of her! I understand working a long day and wanting to get off, but it is not ok to make the customer feel unimportant and pushed over! I then told the manager that her making an excuse for her is not necessary and she was in the wrong for doing what she did, regardless if she was new! She then seem to get upset with me because I challenged her, and tuned me out! She simply said with a amirk that she will talk to her! But if the manager is going to be that immature and unprofessional then the rest of the staff is able to display horrible work ethics! I have had a few more encounters with bad customer service there, but this one just gets under my skin! I would have given just one star, but I gave one more for the selection!

I love the tamales here and the chips and salsa! Very yummy!

I love their fried calamari and Cedar Planked Salmon!

I actually really like this place! It has a real BBQ menu! A little pricey, but very good!

I love the food here, and the fact that when I shop here, it keeps me on track to being healthy!

Kristin Jones is by far the Best waitress! :)

I only like the Egg's Benedict here! Everything else is gross!

Food is so good! The waiters get confused rather easily, but the scallops are so very yummy! Just too bad it is such a long drive for me! Well worth it though!
