According to the website "The El Paso Processing Center (EPC) is the holding and processing  facility for approximately 800 detainees while they undergo administrative proceeding regarding their right to remain in the United States. The EPC supports the work of Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol El Paso and Marfa Border Patrol Sectors, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement efforts in El Paso and surrounding areas in Texas and parts of New Mexico."

According to the website "The T. Don Hutto Residential Center (TDHRC) represents a unique and pioneering setting, offering the least restrictive environment permissible to manage persons in administrative ICE custody.

In keeping with the assistant secretary's call for civil detention reform, TDHRC represents a clear departure from historical detention settings: residents experience expanded services that include free and open movement, recreational and educational participation, food services, and medical and mental health care.

TDHRC's person-centered philosophy guides every interaction with the residents by understanding the often complex circumstances surrounding their detention. TDHRC continues to fulfill the mission of ICE while at the same time recognizing and valuing the dignity of the individual."

According to their website: "The Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Oakdale, LA is an administrative facility housing male pretrial and holdover inmates. It is part of the Oakdale Federal Correctional Complex (FCC).  An adjacent satellite prison camp houses minimum security male inmates. FDC Oakdale is located in central Louisiana, thirty-five miles south of Alexandria and fifty-eight miles north of Lake Charles."

According to the website: This is a temporary (?) detention center for individuals who are waiting for their immigration status to be determined or who are awaiting repatriation. ICE Detention & Removal Operations (DRO) has an Inter-governmental Services Agreement (IGSA) with Stewart County, Georgia. ICE works together with the Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) to administer the operations of this facility.
