I haven't read any of the reviews. I'm reviewing this based on my 2 experiences that I had here over the past month or so.

With that said. I have had nothing but a great time here. The space is absolutely gorgeous, it feels foreign (which I love). The servers that I had both times were wonderful and the food... delicious. It's really not that more expensive than any other meal anywhere else.

The first time I came was for brunch. I ordered the Croque Madame. It was delicious, prepared well, using ingredients that were obviously fresh. Presentation was also thoughtful and creative by using wooden boards as plates. My friend ordered some spicy chicken sliders and they were also pretty incredible. Our total for this, including coffee was somewhere around $40 --- Not bad.

Because of cocktails, I don't exactly remember what I ordered when I came here for dinner but I do remember getting one of the flatbreads to start. For around $13 you get this huge portion that you can split as an appetizer. I went with my neighbor and we both loved loved loved it.

Living in Downtown is great, and in my opinion, the addition of this restaurant makes it jusssst a little better. Will be back for sure.

They stopped serving Blue Bottle. I'm heartbroken.

They did however, start serving Handsome Coffee that's a little more local. It's good stuff. Same great staff.

Max is adorable, and the other girl that works there is absolutely stunning. Come to think of it, the entire staff at this location is amazing.

They serve Blue Bottle Coffee, and only Blue Bottle. It's like I live in San Francisco again.

Limited seating, but I don't care. It's good, and they're cute. Love.

Until there is an express train that gets me from Downtown LA to LAX, this will do.

Clean, pretty quick (depending on traffic, I don't know why they just don't take Grand during rush hour instead of taking the 110...) and courteous drivers. The easiest way to get to the airport without bugging your friends or paying a grip for a cab.

This is a neighborhood restaurant. Might be a little more expensive than your typical neighborhood restaurant, but omg, it's so worth it.

When it's busy, it's loud in there. I mean, super loud, so prepare yourself for that. There are little places throughout the restaurant where it's a little bit quieter. Because of the noise, may not be idea for a first date, but good for a place for couples or just friends who just want to eat good food.

The food we ordered was phenomenal. It was cooked perfectly with the most interesting flavors perfectly blended into something your mouth will love for days. --- I ordered the halibut with some kind of orange zest on it. I have never had fish prepared this way and it was wonderful. the potatoes and vegetables were perfect too. The portion size was also all that I needed. Not too much, not too little. My date ordered the Filet Mignon and it was spiced and cooked wonderfully.

The server was definitely french and made great suggestions. Service overall is quick and to the point. Just what I like.

I suggest you make a reservation so that you can reduce your wait time when it's busy. Be patient for your food as it does take a little time for it to come out, and the corkage fee is $15, just fyi.

Bon apetit!

Well... they have a really cool video wall.

And there's a tiny bar downstairs where the smoking room is. Other than that. there really isn't that much to get excited about for this place.

I guess you might call this place somewhere to get a drink, and that's about it.

Best after hours bar in the Marais.

It's where to go after all the bars have closed. If you get there any earlier than 2:30am, it'll be empty and not that fun.

I was in Paris for about 5 days, and me and my friends came here 3 nights in a row. Some way, some how, we end up staying until 5am. Every night. Maybe it was a little too much, but one things for sure, we had the best time ever,

Drinks suck, so get hammered beforehand. They're also way expensive at 10euro a pop.

Nightlife in Le Marais can be hard to find. Hopefully with the opening of this bar, it's gonna be a little easier.

I had the wonderful opportunity to come check out this bar on it's grand opening night and it was wonderful. I was able to meet the owner, and while he doesn't speak much english, he is very kind. I learned that he also owns FreeDJ and Cox Bar which are nearby.

I came again a few days later to have a couple drinks with a friend and it was again quite wonderful. Since it wasn't as crowded this time around, I was able to see all the shiny decor, and it's quite swanky.

The drinks aren't very strong, but this is Paris, and from what I have seen, strong drinks are no where to be found.

The nightclub in the back opens next year, it'll be awesome.

Travis is a scissor master who pays attention to detail. Clippers do not dare touch my head and he understands why. I'm super happy with the cut I got yesterday. $29. See you every two weeks.

He's also cute. Ah oh!

I came here for my 29th Birthday.

Had a blast. Open late, reallllly late and the dancefloor is GIGANTIC.

Expensive, but chances are, if you're reading this, you're on vacation. GO FOR IT!

Gay Nightlife in Paris is generally pretty awful.

Went to this bar a couple times last summer and to compare it to some of the bars in the states, you might think of it as being the Paris version of Los Angeles's MJ's (without the dancefloor) or San Francisco's Badlands (without the dancefloor) --- The two times I was here dancing wasn't happening. Just a bunch of awkward stares.

Get it together Paris!
