One of the best restaurants in Denver...IF you can get in. If you do, consider yourself lucky, cuz you're gonna eat well!!

Guys! One of your salsas on the tasting menu is straight up Pace. It's not "fire roasted" anything. It's yucky.
Also, if you have the audacity to call yourselves "Margs" but not the wherewithal to recipe test a million margaritas until you get it just right and know that this is the margarita that tops ALL margaritas in Denver, then you have FAILED. and this you did, b/c the margs are comparable to calling your salsa fire-roasted and then bringing Pace picante sauce....because they taste like they just came from a Margaritaville bottle and you added some more lime to cut the sugar.
Sigh. Sad,sad sigh.
Service was....ok at best. Now I'm just being nice cuz I'm tired of bitching about every sub-par restaurant in Denver. I know who my favorites are and I'd rather give them my money...but c'mon!! Should we not be getting excited when a new place opens up??

This hotel can be described in one awesome word-BUDGET.
They try to be cool, but they fail. They nickel and dime you and there's NO parking. The bartenders are usually grumpy.
If you actually have to stay the night here-it will be loud as there is a dance party...unless you like that kind of thing.
Having said all this-we got a Zowzee deal and stayed there on a date night...had a blast, but not because the hotel is amazing, but due to the company.

Super mega enjoyed this place. Friendly service, even if a bit quiet, but definitely knowledgeable...I can respect that. Even the bus-boys smile, instead of shuffling about with the usual "idungivea" mug.
Had only brunch here, and found it hard to decide what to order-everything sounded awesome! Got the breakfast sammy-only the bacon was a skosh over-crisped (is there really such a thing??), but the side salad was perfectly dressed. Big enough for 2 if you're not starvin'
My pal got the egg pot-she ate the whole thing, so I'm assuming it was delicious, haha. We sat at the community table and people kept telling us how amazing the french toast is here, then they left us half their plate to share-SO nice....and it WAS some of the best I've had.
Would love to try their lunch and dinner fare, but sounds like these guys are doin' it right!

At places like this you really don't care about the service or ambiance...just great, authentic food (byobooze), smoky, spicy dining room and a belly full of awesomeness.
If you order the garlic nan, you can smell as the fleshy dough is charred just before they bring it out. Then, you peel it apart and there's chunks of fresh garlic in there-joy!! Perfect for a rainy San Francisco night!
The items on the menu are limited, not your typical 8-page Indian restaurant menu, but you don't need much to be completely satisfied here-everything is delicious!!

Was just visiting and it was a cute place, but WAY overpriced for the quality of food.
Had the smoked salmon pizza-meh, too dry and everything kept falling off of it. They rope you in to it as if one person could eat that. Also had the french toast, which came out sans syrup...mmkay....and this portion was unreasonably small. Plus it was more like bread pudding than french toast.
Decent service and pretty day to sit outside, but not mind-blowing.
Good thing I had excellent company...
