Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic. I went there with my sister, who is the bride, and I couldn't have been more thrilled. The shop front is so cute! The main floor was a little bit...meh...but the front desk people were really nice. Then...Heather (our consultant) came down. She was amazing! So sweet, knew what my sister wanted, pinned her into the dresses because my sister is itty-bitty. Pinned the bustles super well and quickly, found a ribbon and brooch combo to put around my sister's waist that really made the dresses PERFECT! Oh, and the dresses were great. Great price, gorgeous materials, great style. The whole bridal set up was amazing. Uncluttered, room, great displays. It was just so open and light! Ugh, I'm rambling. But it was just fantastic. My sister has 3 favorites we can't wait to go back and see!!! Heather, I hope you read this because you were phenomenal! You made my sister really comfortable and had her laughing and excited the whole time!

So far so good! My sister just got her dress here last week! It's a really nice store, with a rather large selection. Very Organized.  Staff at beginning kind of ignored me, but it turned out they were very busy. Started working with Shannon I think, and she was great! Really helpful. My sister really liked her. Got to try on a similar dress to this picture she'd brought in that they didn't carry...and of course Kristin didn't like it. Found the dress though! Really simple destination chiffon dress that just looks amazing! Tried on a few bridesmaids dresses too, and they had all the ones I wanted! SCORE! Will be returning soon to pick mine and place the order! :-D

Absolutely furious with this company. Have tried canceling my membership for four months now, and have gotten screwed. At first the staff at the Elgin company said they would take care of it. Then I got charged a yearly renewal. Then I was told to send an email to corporate to cancel. No response. Called corporate to follow up...twice. And got HUNG UP ON both times. I'm doing 20 credit hours at school and have barely enough time between work and school to call my mom, let alone harass a company. They've charged me an additional $60 now. I'm so pissed off.
