Its 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday
and u need cheesecloth, precut parchment paper, and a offset spatula to cook a gourmet meal to impress your new special someone. Where do you go? where do you go?
Bed Bath and Beyond? Sur La Table? No you go here to Surfas.
This place has everything for the gourmet amateur and professional alike. Seriously just about everything you can imagine. And the best thing is they seem to carry only high quality items with a reasonable price. Its not the poorly made useless gadgets or overpriced snob brands that you find at the prior two places.
Its a chefs paradise!
My favorite cooking store hands down. Okay think of a simple item that every restaurant has. Now tell me do you think they have a reasonably priced, simple, yet functional version of it at Bed Bath & Beyond, Crate and Barrel, Sur La Table, WIlliams Sonoma, etc,? No I didn't think so.
This is what Surfas is awesome for. All those kitchen cooking staples, think baking sheets, cooling racks, parchment paper precut to the baking sheets, cake rounds, cake stands, etc. etc..
Its a cooking junkies nirvana! Thank god they found new warehouse space, otherwise I was going to have to go massively into debt to buy a bunch of stuff if they closed down.
Also the parking lot is big and you will actually find a parking spot! Be careful that the items you picked up are tagged properly. I once overpaid for something because it had the wrong sticker on it.

Used this place recently for my new color business cards. I would give them a five star rating but I had to follow up a couple of times to get my cards. They were ready a day after promised but nothing to freak about.
I like that you can upload materials online that you already designed via photoshop and googling how to do stuff. Then they emailed me a proof. I didn't realize I was dealing with a local business only discovering that after I inquired into picking up the materials after finding out there would be sales tax.
The customer service gets you to a live person pretty quick who was responsive to my questions etc.
The paper selection is rather limited but still I found something that would work. They ended up being about half the price of the last place I used based upon the price per units. I got 1000 cards with the exact design I wanted rather than something someone else designed for like 500 cards for roughly the same price.
I will be getting envelopes and possibly letterhead printed from these guys in the near future.

Well the salesman when I bought my civic was so rude I went elsewhere. The last thing he wanted to do was answer my questions. He just wanted to sell the civic with no effort.
I get my civic serviced here for more major things. I go to a jiffy lube for oil /oil filter changes and i change indoor cabin air filter and engine air filters myself since they are a total ripoff for that.
They try and rip you off big time on this. They quoted me $140 to change the indoor ac filters. Well guess what you're talking maybe 30 dollars retail for two honda filters and two minutes with no tools to change the filters. I mean maybe $50 would be a reasonable price because some mechanic takes a minute to do this. Now you see why I do it myself. .
One plus is that they recently began offering free wifi from the waiting room and then a second one is that they began Express Service, and a third plus is that they now have service coupons on the web. So even though I couldn't find a mail one I still was able to get a %10 discount.
If not for these new changes this would be getting 1 star in my book.

I am not a vegan so my opinion may not matter much. But just as a person who likes good food I have to say it was as good as I had hoped.
