Horrible, rude, unfriendly service. They barely even acknowledged we were there. They literally threw down our food without saying anything. The pho isn't bad, but the experience is ruined with the [lack of] service.

The food wasn't bad, nothing amazing though. The fries weren't great. The waitress was really friendly. Probably wouldn't recommend this place to people, but it definitely wasn't bad.

I'd recommend this place to absolutely everyone with a lot of time to spare. 48 minutes for a panini and a grilled cheese? The food was pretty good, but the panini was cold and our chips were stale. Besides one girl, the staff was very unfriendly. The atmosphere is like none other--you'll be graced by the presence of homeless people and pigeons pecking at your feet--that is, if you're lucky enough to sit at one of their few tables.

I've tried a number of places in Saratoga Springs, but Maestro is by far the best. The food was delicous, the service was great, and the prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere feels cute and classy. After the meal, we were offered homemade dark chocolate. Yum!

Ravenous is a cute little restaurant. I agree with the other reviews about it being a little overpriced, but it is delicious. The fries are great and the staff seem friendly.

Saw the good reviews on Yelp so I went here. Definitely don't agree with the ratings. It wasn't bad food, but the service was horrible. Our waiter didn't come back once during the meal and didn't refill our drinks. We had to get up and ask them for the bill. The waiters weren't too friendly. It was slightly overpriced and the place wasn't that clean. I'm not coming back here.

This place is great if you want to try the worst pasta in Los Angeles. It was trashy & unclean. The waiter was awkward and creepy. Menus prices were lower than they actually were. I was charged for water. Drinks were brought out after the meal. There was lipstick on one of our glass. FML.

The service is absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, we were offered drinks while we checked-in. Everyone is so friendly. They welcome you back almost every time you come back to the hotel, a couple times they recognized me as a guest. I didn't meet an employee who wasn't extremely friendly.
They room service is great. The rooms themselves are beautiful. They came with lots of snacks, sodas, and juices, that you'd have to pay for in other hotels.
The one complaint I have is the rooftop club. It goes until 1:30am every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I'm here on a trip for work, and I have to be up early, so I'm trying to get to bed soon. The music from the club is so loud that it literally vibrates the room. Our mini-bar and walls are rattling as I write this review (at 1am). I'm on the 4th floor too. Regardless if you're trying to sleep or not, it's really annoying.
If it wasn't for that, I'd give it 5 stars.
