I've been here on several occasions over the last few years. I don't recall ever coming in and there not being a line. They handle this by having a greeter who collects peoples names into a queue using a mobile device, which then instructs the reps of who to help next. This was clearly someones bright idea higher up that didn't get implemented well. It isn't obvious when you walk in how this system works; there isn't a line anywhere, just people milling around. The reps sometimes have a hard time finding you when its your turn, and they wander around asking everyone their name to find you. Another annoying policy is that there often seems to be someone in each AT&T store whose job it is to say "Welcome to AT&T. Someone will be with you in just a moment." regardless if that is true, and certainly not in a genuine way. I don't want your fake attention if you're not actually going to help me.

Once I had a complex process of moving my phone off an account to a company account. I was assured it wasn't that complex. I was told that I'd still be able to access the other phones through my web account afterward, which turned out untrue. The phone that was moved to the company account was moved to the wrong company, and when I discovered this they wouldn't fix the mistake until that other company confirmed it.

Another occasion of moving a phone to a company account when it was the only phone on the account, left me with an account that I could no longer access online, but had a balance that AT&T started sending me past due notices for. I eventually had to call customer support to resolve this account.

The last phone I bought here was a Tilt. Less than a year later I needed a replacement battery, but they no longer supported the Tilt.

On my most recent visit, after waiting through the queue, I was told that this store wouldn't sell me a phone at the "no commitment" price and would only sell me a phone for my existing account if I renewed my contract. I was able to do this at another store, albeit after the representative there confirm with a supervisor and I had pre-confirmed with a AT&T online chat representative.

A few days ago I stopped back by this store after buying that phone, an HTC Inspire, to buy screen protectors. However, they were out of these.

I can't recall a good experience at this store.

Just the kind of place I was looking for. A great traditional pub feeling in here, with old wood everywhere from the bar to the booths. Great chili, their vegetarian chili on top of spaghetti with chess, the "3-layer chili mac" reminded me of the chunky spaghetti sauce my father used to make when I was growing up.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered me a chili sampler right off the start and came back regularly to check on me.

Went in right after they opened on Sunday afternoon with a large group. We took a group seating area toward the back. We were celebrating and the bartender treated us great.

They had two for one drinks, you'd get a poker chip with which you could get your next drink free. You can't buy your friend a drink with it though, it's two drinks for you. Needless to say we all drank more than we came through the door intending to.

There was a nice size patio for downtown out back, and a broken photo booth in a small room in the back as well. Didn't interact with either.

I got a frozen pizza warmed up in a mini-oven for $3, which was a pretty good deal and definitely made my stomach happy along with all the drinks.

I've never eaten here, but I've been to the bar a handful of times for the karaoke. Which is awesome. There's a two for one appetizer happy hour sometimes, we hit it last on a Sunday afternoon. I guess the karaoke guy didn't show so the bartender struggled with running back and forth between the bar and trying to figure out the karaoke machine, but she was a sweetheart and treated us great.

There are usually some karaoke regulars hanging around here somewhere. Decent drinks and pretty typical hole in the wall dive otherwise. There isn't much to eat vegetarian in the bar without the full menu. Mostly the edamame. It's something I suppose.

Food was good american diner fare. The place has successfully transitioned from a Dennys to a neighborhood diner, complete with waitstaff and customers that all know each other and grumble together.

Supposedly they have free wifi, I didn't try it but there's a big sign. Plenty of free parking and whatnot as it's just outside the city.

Would buy again.

I'm so glad to have great Vietnamese food downtown. I still go to the International District sometimes, but this is more convenient for lunch when you're working downtown. This restaurant is managed by the same folks that run the hidden Tamarind Tree in the ID.

Every time I've gone I've gotten the Faux (Vegetarian) Prawn Noodles and I love it. The decor is a little upscale feeling, but I've always felt welcome and comfortable there. There's a bar straight through in the back with a separate entrance as well.

Downtown pizza delivery in the evening! You wouldn't think it would be so hard to get food downtown when you're working late, but everything seems to shut down. The website says they deliver until 11 Mon-Thu, but I haven't tried that late yet.

They're always cheerful and happy on the phone, and have no problems making arrangements to call and meet to deal with secure buildings and the likes.

MOD Pizza

I felt like I had traveled into another country and had to relearn the culture of ordering food. It seems simple enough, stand in this line, order a pizza that's all the same price, and continue down the line. First we got out of order as more employees came over to take our order. Then you maneuver through the build-up of folks awaiting their order to get to the cash register and pay, only to return to the middle to wait for your name to be called out for your pizza.

It's not american pizza, that's for sure. My coworker was wondering where the pizza sauce had gone. I assume the thinner than a pita crust is a devious technique to make the pizza "super fast".

Another pizza to go lunch place, but with something different. If you want a trip to far off lands of pizza craft, give it a shot.

A quick place to grab a few slices for lunch on a workday. Perhaps you're in the tunnel purveying your options, or you're headed here specifically for pizza. In either case, it's quick pizza for a fair lunch price. But I'd rather have cold day old pizza from somewhere better if I had the choice.

Prices weren't terrible for how upscale it feels inside. There were definitely a lot of well dressed folks sipping wine though. Food was okay, service was pretty good. There's a full bar, which was nice. Actually the mixed greens salad with vinaigrette was my favorite.
