I came in to have the strap replaced on a used watch I just bought.  Someone very friendly came immediately to help me and presented me with a selection of appropriate straps.  The prices were posted on the straps, so it made it very easy to make a choice.  The woman helping me put the strap on my watch and swapped out the buckle on the strap to match the color of the case of my watch at no cost.  I paid with my credit card and was on my way.

Quick, friendly, had what I needed -- what else needs to be said?

Oh, I didn't use their parking lot because I had already parked for something else and walked up to the jewelry shop.  But, from what I saw, there is plenty of metered parking close by and a mall across the street.
