My 100 yelp review is going to Grimaldis!
Came here in April 2009 with my bff while on Spring Break.
We had the pepperoni and mushroom pie! This is by far the best pizza I ever had!
Sure, there's a line outside of people waiting to be seated, the place is packed inside with people and you're rubbing elbows and backs with the other customers surrounding you... The bathroom lines are long too! But I didn't mind... because you can always kill time by watching them bake the goods and the guys behind the counter making magic were nice and talked to me while I was waiting.
In conclusion... all in all in a nut shell... it's worth it! I caught the MTA from Hell's kitchen, walked and stood in the rain... so I can say, I've been here, done it and LOVED it! This is probably my first time eating pizza from a brick oven.
Grimaldi's is for sure a highlight of my NYC trip. It was like a party in my mouth! yummmm. So worth the calories! I just walked the Brooklyn Bridge back to Manhattan (^_^)
If you're in NY or visiting NY... and haven't tried Grimaldi's... well you're NYC experience isn't complete until you had your mouthful of pizza... GRIMALDI'S pizza that is! This place as you can see is quit popular. Good to come in small groups because of the tight seating.
I'm a fan of their cheese and basil!
GRIMALDI'S I MISS YOU!!! BEST PIE IN NYC!
Aloha from Hawaii!
Came here last month when visiting Hawaii for the summer.
I came here for breakfast. I had the portuguese sausage fried rice. I also went inside and picked up the banana and blueberry scones! Yumm.
We got there first thing in the morning... so parking wasn't a problem. They have outside seating too.
They have so much to choose from!
If you haven't been to DHM&G, stop by and try it out for yourself.
The next time I visit Oahu, I'll be back to try other things on the menu and pick up more goodies from inside!

I'm in Pomona for work and my bosses accommodations didn't work out so we were stuck at 9pm looking for a place to stay the night.
We had an event to do for the Sheraton so we thought it would be a good idea to stay at the hotel that we were working for.
We called to check availability and they said vacant rooms. We walked in a couple mins later and the front desk said they were all booked for the night. After several mins of talking to the receptionists... they ended up finding one last room.
My best friend and I had breakfast the next morning... the buffet was empty so we had to tell our waitress that it needed to be restocked. Finally! Food! But wait... my gf found hair in her eggs! really?! what a horrible way to start your morning...
Our second night was suppose to be comped but we ended up getting a phonecall at midnight saying we needed to leave or they'll charge us for the second night. Crazy right? Let the drama begin! No!!! we are not staying here for $160+ so we started to pack our bags. Not even 10 mins later we get a phonecall from the front desk asking us to leave... 10 mins later security comes knocking on our door asking us how long will it take us to leave... 20 mins later... bang bang bang! Oh really? 2 security guards kicking us out? Was that necessary? They escorted us all they way to the elevator to make sure we were leaving the property.
NEVER AGAIN! I can't believe the treatment and service we got from SHERATON FAIRPLEX after last nights event. Our company gave them a lot of business and this is how we get treated?? UNPROFESSIONAL!
Never again!
P.S. no free wifi in the room... $10 fee
