I've been back a few times. I have to say that I had a lot better service when with a small group. Plus they started taking pictures of their repeat customers to put on their wall. A nice touch for a local business to make it friendly for their customers.

Nice AYCE sushi menu at a resonable price. Everything seemed fresh though they lost some stars because the second time I went there I got a little sick in the stomach...don't know if I ate too much or if it was the raw scallops!!
The place is clean and the staff is somewhat attentive. I went twice with a large group and found the service to be potluck.
I wouldn't write this place off completely but there are lots of sushi places around to try. You may have better luck with another one.

As far as bowling alleys go this one is a-ok.
It seems to me that when it comes to a bowling alley either you get a retro-70's funk alley (aka not updated in 40 years) or an ultra modern loungy "I'm so cool it costs 10 dollars a game to bowl' kind of just-built place. This is the first type and it pretty much lives up to those standards. The lanes work. The selection of house balls and shoes are okay. The prices are pretty cheap. The people who work there are friendly as far as I've seen. I've never had a problem with being in trouble for breaking any rules.
I have found that it is actually a cool place to hang out- not many people there, you can stay as long as you want, no need to spend excessive money, not too loud, can drink if you want to, etc. etc.

I've ordered pizza from here couple of times. The pizza is pretty good- nice thick crust, good sauce and a nice array of toppings to choose from.
The service for take out is quick and the people who work there have been nothing but friendly .
They have a small dining room which appeared packed every time I went in for pick up. It seems that the locals enjoy the food and the staff was friendly to those 'dining in'.
My only (slight) gripe is that they are kind of pricey. Oh, and those typos on their menu drive me crazy!! haha. If you read their current menu and you're a super sleuth like me you'll know exactly what I'm talking about!

I frequent this place and have to say that the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Sure, they are typically teenagers just hanging out and not really doing much - since you do all the work yourself- but its always been pleasant.
Its also a kid friendly place with a few short tables and chairs and cartoons often playing on their tv.

YUM!!
Whoever invented the concept of self-service fro yo should be awarded some kind of food prize!!
This place has lots of options for yogurt and lots and lots of topping choices. Be careful though, if you are an eater like me you may wind up spending more than you want to!
All I have to say is that this place is truly amazing. Especially because I'm a white girl, through and through and there are some aspects of this place that I just don't really understand but I can appreciate.
If I knew what the heck I was ordering I would dig into the delicious looking take out food complete with tables to sit and music to enjoy.
The section I liked the most in this store is the quantity and choice of meats that they offer. Chances are if you need it and it comes from some part of some type of animal, its here.
The produce is abounding as well and inexpensive too.
One thing I would like to do is go here with a Mexican friend or at least someone who knows what their talking about.
And PS beware of this place near Christian holidays!!

When I arrived at the salon at my appointment time I had a mimimal wait- a HUGE plus in my book!! Though, if I had to wait longer I wouldn't have minded chillin in their plush couches and reading the ample supply of magazines!
Susan was sweet and allowed me to tell her exactly what I wanted. She really seemed to listen to me rather than give me that attitude I get often from stylist that they want to just do what they want. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with a nice new 'do.
I took off one star just because it didn't seem that my hair was totally 'finished' ... I like the cut but next time I think I need to talk to her a little more to get exactly what I want.

Nice place to be carniverious!
They have an BBQ grill where you can watch your meat being cooked and you get to throw peanut shells on the floor. what can be better?

I had my baby here and this place is amazing!!
It is a baby friendly hospital which means they encourage skin to skin contact right after you have the baby. They baby also gets to room in with you...which is a blessing but can be not so fun if you have a kiddo like mine that hated to sleep!!
I saw the CNM's through SMMC and they were absolutely amazing!
All in all, a great birth and post-birth experience! A gem in the High Desert.

Come on- it's friggin Applebee's! You know what you're going to get when you walk into this place whether its in Kansas or Victorville.

This place has a great AYCE menu where the rolls are made fresh, just the way you like them. The sushi rolls were excellent and I really enjoyed eating at Yoshi.
